    Was nice place and great location the smart TVs was a great feature but the apartment could of been cleaner!! on arriving there were blonde hairs everywhere it stunk of cigarettes so bad. The heating wouldn’t work so we was left cold at night tried to use the blow heating but it wasn’t working properly. Lots of dust and dirt it hidden places it wasn’t cleaned properly. Mattress was flat extremely uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on the wood planks not a mattress.Towel rail had lots of dust rust and dirt so that was very off putting! Please fix up !!

    I called several times prior to our stay and each time received different, very inaccurate check-in information. In the end, when we were standing in front of the apartment, a man told us over the phone that you have to be over 18 to check in. In my request, I clearly mentioned that we are under 18. After a long phone call we managed to check in. We found an uncleaned apartment. So we really had to wait again! The rooms are generally nice and include the essentials, however I will not be booking this apartment again!!

    Excellent hosts. Felt like l was staying with old friends. Chicken in Riesling and slow cooked pork. Will definitely return.
