amazing customer service from Paulina she was attentive, informative very professional and very polite...went through all options and nothing was too much trouble and could even tell we were thirsty and got myself and partner a bottle of water ((nice touch)) my partner couldn't make her mind up on a purchase and Paulina offered a very generous solution, kept the item on hold for a short while..then my partner made up her mind it was a gorgeous CELINE hair band, seriously reduced...the way we were both dealt with felt like we were spending thousands not a couple of hundred...Paulina is a great ambassador for CELINE and we have no problem with shopping with her and CELINE again...well done and thank you for the A* service....
Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Celine collections. I felt very comfortable and not rushed about like some of the other store in the village. Although they didn't have my size in some items the SA recommended others and was there when needed. A very positive shopping experience, I will be back.
