During my first visit to scout for housing in Brighton I stopped by a number of agency offices and was not impressed. It’s a cliche to say that a company has “gone the extra mile” with their service, but nevertheless this is the best way to describe my experience with Leaders whilst letting my property. When you have an empty house that needs a tenant, you want it filled ASAP, so you hope the agent to realises the urgency to get the job done. I have been particularly impressed with Gary Copleston and Kerrie Knight’s performance.
Great help and service from Gary and his team. Also really excellent help when extra help needed - prompt, kind. I have been with this branch for many years and stay because of the personal service they offer when needed. They have advocated for tenants when they might fall outside my criteria but seem excellent otherwise and this has worked out well. Gary has been very helpful when a re-mortgage issue meant we needed to go back 10 years to the then tenancy agreement. Thus I would say they help all to find a good match so it all runs smoothly.
