   4th delivery issue. 3 left on doorstep on a main road, despite my instructions to leave at back of house. Pursuaded to give them another chance. Apparantly delivered to me today, to my front porch, that i dont have!!!. I have a camera at front of my house, that leads to back of house. No one delivered to my home. Now in contact with credit card company, as not paying for goods i never received.

   Very upset with Naked Wines right now. The service has always been exemplary yet my delivery that was due on Tuesday has still not arrived. The delivery service updates said it was out for delivery and then later that day said there was an "exception" and they expected to deliver the next working day. Still waiting. I emailed Naked Wines to ask for an update and got a typically chirpy reply, promising it was being dealt with. It's now Friday. Well where is it? Sent another email today asking for a refund. No response as of yet. Reviews seem to get answered on here so thought I'd give it a try! It seems the company has grown too big and too fast to deliver what it advertises. Will be contacting my bank to get the money back and cancelling my subscription.

   i have just been on to renew my card details after i forgot about he previous card expiring i absolutely love the fact that occasionally you get a call from a real person at naked as was the case with this. I have been with them for many years and love my angel account its the best way to buy wine by far. i have also had a look at some of the one star reviews and allot of them are totally baseless. Give these guys a try you wont regret it

   I saw by accident that the ratings were not reflecting reality and I need to step in. Naked Wines are top notch / amazing / slaying / eating. They are worth every penny of their subscription. The quality you get in wines in unsurpassed for a great price. I have been with them for many years now and I have absolutely no complaints. Except I find it hard to enjoy wine in restaurants as I need to be pay a fortune just to feel that I’m drinking something equivalent to the one I drink at home from Naked wines.

   Been with Naked Wines since 2018 or something and absolutely love it. Never had any problems. On an extremely rare occasion when I don’t like the wine they refund the money. Communication is great and prompt. People who are complaining about subscription - I’m surprised how it’s possible to miss it and when it’s clearly stated on the sign up. Also if you decide to cancel all the unused money gets refunded to you. Highly recommend!

   Wines are fine if and when you eventually get them. Delivery service is dreadful, consistently late and often dumped on the doorstep for anyone to steal. Delivery instructions and safe places are ignored.

   2 stars for getting the wines that I requested, but after using a $100 voucher and paying a $43.54 difference on June 23, I then see an unrecognize charge in my checking account of $40.00 a month later. It's really wicked of them trying to get their moneys worth after offering a $100 voucher. This was not something I signed up for, and will not order from them again.

   I've been a member for several years, I started off with an introductory case and never looked back. Regular freebies, no pressure to buy. Wine is always good and lots of investment goes back to the wine community and other ventures. Delivery is always prompt and never had any issues with the courier companies. I'm also a member of The Sunday Times Wine Club, but Naked Wines is my go to club. Staff have always been friendly and helpful if I've had to contact them via telephone. I get regular emails with all the latest news about what is happening and events that are happening. Eamonn's emails always make me laugh.

   Love this company, I have been a customer for a few years now and have not had a single negative experience. I had a change of circumstances and withdrew my money and stopped my monthly payments for a while, which was easy to do with no guilt or pressure to keep account going. After a few months I restarted account and continued to receive fantastic discounts on a mouthwatering range of wines. Every time I have contacted the company I have always received world class customer service, with every query responded to immediately and in such a friendly manner. I would (and do) recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
