   Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Attention to Hygiene and Food Quality Visited Norwich TGI Fridays recently and was left thoroughly disappointed. The hygiene standards were noticeably poor—bathroom facilities were unclean, and the kitchen floor was visibly covered in food debris. Even the work surfaces had remnants of previous prep, which didn’t inspire confidence. The food itself was equally underwhelming. I ordered the Jack Daniel’s sesame seed main, which arrived burnt. When I asked for it to be replaced, it was simply replated and returned to me—still burnt. The mixed grill was overcooked despite specifying my preference, and the half chicken was so dry, even the legs lacked moisture. Not sure how that’s even possible. Overall, it felt like both cleanliness and care in food preparation were lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because right now, it’s not a place I’d recommend or return to.

   Had bottomless brunch here on a Friday lunchtime. Was so good, drinks freshly made and food was great. Only downside was there was only one waitress waiting around 6 tables so she was run off her feet bless her and our drinks didn't come out as often as we'd like. Other than that, highly recommend and would go again.

   Me and my partner came for dinner couple Saturdays ago, Shocking is all I can say… We arrived about 17.55 wasn’t to busy, ordered drinks and food together. 2 drinks took 35 minutes to arrive then food 10 mins after. Order was wrong had ordered the beef dipper and got blackened salmon… Was told few minutes was around 15 minutes then food came out, unfortunately they had done a fresh meal for the error but the chicken tenders and chips was reheated so was chewy. Then we had 2 basic desserts should be simple as you can see from the photo was nothing like advertised and took around 25 minutes to come out. We ate that then stood to pay the bill as our server Tom was not trained correctly. He gave the bill and I didn’t check but had overcharged for the item we didn’t have. So was in here nearly 2 and half hours for a drink, main and dessert shocking especially as it was not busy. Over staffed and staff had no structure. Steer away if you want a friendly prompt service.

   Visited today for a late Father's Day meal. Asked for the set menu, not a lot of choice but still good enough mixture, my food was good. Service was fantastic, fast, and friendly. Also, 2for1 on cocktails, so they went down a treat. Bottomless on the diet coke, so well worth the money.

   Visited with my family recently,really enjoyed our food we took a doggie bag home as large portions but very nice.Staff friendly the children were also made balloon animals on the way out which they loved.Large menu and a nice vibe.Music playing we liked it but not ideal for If you want to eat somewhere quiet or romantic.Free baby food given for our littleone which was a nice touch .A very family friendly place. Would definitely go again we enjoyed our visit and food.

   When here for an anniversary dinner, was welcomed with a free glass of bubbly which was a nice surprise. Menu has changed some what since I last visited (pre covid) but was still as expected and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable
