   Alway find great bargains, only thing I don't like is nipping in for one thing and being directed down the first aisle you dont need, does put me off when I'm in a hurry. But otherwise a great store.

   Went in for Dr Pepper. Shelf pricing said 2 bottles for 3 pound. Was charged full price. When we questioned it the lady on the only till called a colleague and she went to check. Finally she came back and amended bill whilst a huge queue had grown. Check prices and receipts here.

   Very poor customer service experience (Sunday afternoon), I was over overcharged and spotted it walking out of the store.Told the supervisor who hardly acknowledged me and went and checked, ripped the label off the shelf and handed it to me and said bring it to the cash register and they would refund, no apology!. Had to then stand in a large line again. Then got to the till and was refunded but again no apology. To spark one just before I left I said "I'm really sorry about that" and the person on the till said "don't worry about it" lol !!! Clueless customer service training and lack of common sense and basic manners

   Was pretty good a few years ago but the stock is low all the time now and there is no verity any more. If you've not been before then it's a good cheap shop that you can been some great bits up. From home deco to tool but one you've been a few time you relise the stock doesn't change much.

   B&M carry an amazing array of stock from toiletries to sweets to household staples such as bread and milk and everything in-between, with seasonal items thrown into the mix as well. All reasonably priced. All the stores I have visited have good size aisles, so great for those amongst us with wheels. This store is always worth visiting any time of the year.

   I have scored this one low. Yes there is a hugh amount of choice, but most of it did not have a price. Price tags on the shelves were not typically relevant to the item on the shelf. I put a lot of things back down as I want to know the price before going to the till. The manager of this store clearly does not do a simple floor check to ensure items are in the correct place with a correct price tag on that relevant space of shelf. Very disappointed as I went to buy items to make up some Xmas hampers

   I always find some goodies there obviously for best price ever. It's hard to rate shop everyone knows. But as much I like these shops sometimes they can get bit messy and not looked after and their quality is not always the best for the price. Bit overall it's good shop.
