   I recently visited the Sports Direct store near Eastbourne city centre and had a great experience. The store is always buzzing with people of all ages, which speaks to how popular it is. They have a wide selection of trending shoes — I picked up a new pair of training shoes and I’m really happy with the quality and price. There’s also a great sale section where you can find good deals on clothes, shoes, and all kinds of sports gear. They even have a solid collection of football shirts, which is a nice touch for fans. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, it’s a really nice store with reasonable prices — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and need some new sportswear.

   A big shout out to Jude who served us today ! His manner is so polite, patient and helpful and an outstanding example of what every customer focused person should aspire to. Thankyou so much. The prices are excellent but despite this we received the type of service you’d expect from footwear specialists.

   My elderly father with dementia went into the shop to purchase a pair of trainer's. Unfortunately no staff members would help him & basically ignored him. This disgraceful disrespectful behaviour upset my father who then left the shop, went to one of your competitors & was helped and treated with respect.

   The staff were helpful and the lady on the till was chatty & friendly. The store was well stocked and I found several items to try on. This is where I deducted stars. The fitting room (cupboard actually, it was small!) was hard to find and it didn’t have a stool for me to place my clothes on or to sit on so I had to put them on the filthy floor. There was a hook but I had to use this for the items I was trying on. I think you should have a word with your cleaning staff they are obviously not doing their job properly. The area behind the tills also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

   Terrible company !!! I would not recommand to anyone! They charge £5 even for click and collect. Online, they charge you double!!! Usually I buy from Sports Direct, but now was the last time when I bought something. I've made the mistake to buy online and they charge me double, and I received a nasty reply after I complained. It is a NO NO NO !

   This store deserves zero stars. Terrible service and terrible quality for extremely high prices. I bought a pair of trainers and I wanted to return it, but they refused because I didn't have it's box (even though they didn't give me its box when I bought it and they never mentioned that I needed the box in case I wanted to return it).

   Upstairs was unbearably hot! Temporary fan at top of the stairs suggests air con issue, but this has been like this for a while now, can't stay there long!

   Trying to buy girls swimwear. Directed to the area. 3 or 4 swimsuits only. Told it was too cold for swimwear. A shame but the same excuse from some other shops too. No other assistance.

   Very helpful staff here. Didn't have to wait long and the staff seemed really keen to help with customer. Enquiries.. I decided to commit for a 50 quid sale in a couple of items. The place can be perfect for adults with. Child. Sized feet. Would return to this store. Unlike. Many in UK.
