When I broke my chain whilst on an mtb ride, I took the bike here and it was fixed for me on the spot in minutes, they didn't even charge for labour, even though I offered! Saved me a long walk, and I was able to finish my ride. Thank you!

Had a really good experience with this bike shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, competent workshop and a speedy turnaround. On one occasion they set up a wheelset (pictured) for me tubeless in a morning so I didn’t have to come back into the shop again.
As my local Trek retailer, I went to Cycleshack with a ton of questions. The staff were helpful, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. They explained everything in clear English. A fantastic local bike shop.

I've always had great service from Cycle Shack, Lewes when purchasing large items in the past. This time we only wanted a bell for my granddaughter's balance bike but this was no problem - they took the time to make sure we had a bell that fit perfectly the small handlebars on her bike. Made a little girl very happy - not sure about the parents! Great service.from a great team. Highly recommended.
Amazing service and communication on the order of my bike which took 14 months to arrive from the manufacturer. The wait was very worth it and Danny and Brad were brilliant instore getting the bike set-up and ready for collection. The guys at Cycleshack are extremely knowledgeable, honest and you can tell they are giving genuine best advice and they actually care. I would highly recommended them! Thanks guys!
My Trek Rail e-bike stopped working for the first time! I took it to Lewis Cycle shack because I had heard good things and didn’t want to cut corners as the bike was an expensive purchase. My bike was kept in for a week. They advised I needed a level 2 service and new Bosch Motor covered under Warranty. They carried out extensive work to my bike, and I got the bike back two days early. All appears to be working and rides tight like brand new! Staff are very friendly and I’m very pleased with the service I received on my pride and joy. When visiting a bike shop you hope that staff are interested in your bike and want to help in ensuring it is up to standard with maintenance and overall health. I feel that customer relations was very strong in this department I feel I can bring my bike back here in the future. Cheers, Harvey
