   3rd time staying here, always been happy with the rooms and service recieved. 24hr desk for any issues. Pin code access into the main reception. Location is super just off the main high street in the town centre.

   Alvin was ideal. Lots of room. You could definitely stay here much longer than we did. There is a nice garden where you can enjoy the sunshine privately. The apartments were clean and the kitchen was useful!. Lots of room for relaxing and for an organisation. The reception was man 24/7 which was very handy. However, everything was easily accessible anyway.

   Stayed here for a weekend, it was okay but room for improvement. The reception staff were nice and made check in an easy process, they were also very willing to help. The apartment could have been cleaner as there was a lot of hair and dust in the bedroom near the window. The radiator also had black mould on it which was pretty off-putting. The bed was very clean and comfortable however. The bathroom also needed some work as the shower didn't drain which meant we were standing in water when showering. The extractor fan also didn't do much so the room was very wet and humid after washing. Things like seams around doors/bath etc. were a bit grotty and needed work. The apartment had a damp scent as well which wasn't very nice to walk in to. The location was good in terms of proximity to the city centre, although the entrance was through an alleyway that didn't feel completely safe at night. Overall it was fine for a couple of nights but will probably not come back here.

   Horrible experience, virtually no sleep during two night stay. Between 21:30 and 04:00 my appartment was subjected to constant bass, music, shouting, and noise from the club and its smoking area right outside my apartment. From 03:00 to 05:00 constant slamming of noisy doors outside my apartment from groups returning after night out running between rooms. Staff no help at all, while they sat with feet up on desk I was told "it's all over the Internet that there is noise" inferring I have nothing to upset about. No hot water at 21:30 presumably from those who have gone out. Apartment is good size, but they need to look into who is doing the maintenance. Nothing is level, gaps around doors are horrendous so there is no sound protection. I leave after two nights absolutely shattered and without doing many of the things I wanted to do due to 5 hours sleep total over two nights. Its a shame as location and facility wise it should have been a good experience.

   When I arrived , it was very nice and pleasant. Very clean. It wasn’t until I was awoken at 1:30am to the loud music of the club that I got upset and couldn’t go back to sleep for a while. I heard glass shattering too. Also my friend said she could smell weed in the living room. A lot of reviews complain about the thumping music late at night as well so I think something should be done about it. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back on a weekend.

   Fantastic apartment we stayed in, couldn't ask for more friendly receptionist made me and my daughter very welcome. The only downside is the nightclub right next door. Couldn't sleep until 4-5 in the morning as it sounds like the club is in the room. But don't let this put you off if your visiting in the week I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the nightclub, I do know that this club opened in 2021 so I do feel for the owners of these apartments as they were there first.

   Lovely clean apartments with everything you need in a great location. Check in quick and easy and friendly staff. However avoid Friday and Saturday night as the noise from the clubs will keep you awake from 00.00 until 04.00 music, vibrations were terrible along with the constant banging of the gate right next to our rooms. Bouncers using the smoke area. Such a shame as this ruined our stay.

   Friendly staff and lovely apartments. Really nice and generously sized bathroom with great facilities and the kitchen even had a washing machine and iron which was a life saver! The car park was only a short walk away. It was a bit loud over the weekend due to the surrounding nightclubs but it's proximity to the clubs means it'd be a great choice for those enjoying the night life!
