   This is a very untrustworthy, expensive, unprofessional unskilled garage,l have ever seen, l gave them my minibus to change wheel bearing and do engine service after, then they messed my engine and couldn’t fix it doing guess work almost for a year with my bus failing to fix a problem of miss firing and smoking which they had created. I had to contact Fenlake Auto garage and booked my bus for diagnosis to identify the problem which they did and advised it was ac problem which they repaired and returned bus to AC garage since AC garage charged invoice for parts and and time they spent doing guess work and failing to fix the problem they created. I agreed with the arrangement to payoff their expensive bill on installments while they were in possession of bus which l was paying. They then contacted me demanding full payment threatening to charge storage which l negotiated and agreed to clear in shorter period. I then received letter from council notifying me that my bus was abandoned, l went to AC garage and noticed that my bus was abandoned by the street and also being vandalized, l spoke to the son Giovanni Carofano (Gianni)then told that the reason he put it on the road was because l refused to pay storage fee, l negotiated with him again and he reassured me that the bus was not being vandalized blaming that neighbors where he parked the bus were the ones doing that so bus can be removed by council. I negotiated with him to remove ibus and keep it safe as he did and l promised to clear my balance in 2weeks time which he agreed. I then returned after 2weeks only to be informed by Giovanni Carofano (known as Gianni) (who pretend to be polite but in actual fact he is a very rude and arrogant man) that the bus was missing. He advised me to contact the council stating that they might be the ones that removed it. I contacted council who confirmed that they didn’t and contacted DVLA who also confirmed that they didn’t then advised me to contact the Police which l did. I would strongly warn anyone thinking of taking their vehicle to AC garage to think twice about that, it’s not a good garage, from my experience and research l found out the garage used to be good when the father was running it but now run by son and wife it’s a no no!! EXPENSIVE FOR NOTHING, “Risk of vehicle being damaged or loosing” Correction on your response Giovanni Carofano (Gianni) You know my review it’s true you can’t argue about that, l phoned you to get details of recovery debts collection company that you engaged previously to collect my bus and setup payment plan but you refused to tell me instead you shouted at me calling me “bullshit l don’t want to deal with you anymore then hang up on me, l call again to explain why l need details and you mentioned that “ if you are not happy go to the courts that’s when l respond to you that l don’t deal with courts l deal with you that was not a threat just to put things right All l need is details of the recovery company you engaged to try and find out about my bus please thanks.

   Super impressed with the service received. On both occasions the engine management light came on unexpectedly and within a day the car was looked at and diagnosed. On the second unplanned visit, not only did they manage to source the required part but they also managed to exceed expectations by doing a service. Very happy with the prices quoted and even more so with the honest advice. Just what I want from a garage.

   Horrible Experience - Avoid This Garage! I brought my car to AC Car & Commercial hoping to get my air conditioning fixed, but it turned into a nightmare. They claimed to have fixed one part, but they ended up breaking another. Now, my car is in worse condition than before, and I'm left with a hefty repair bill. Their customer service is beyond atrocious; they were rude, dismissive, and unapologetic about their mistakes. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place unless you enjoy wasting your hard-earned money on incompetent service.

   No even bother to go to this service, they only find lots of excuses to charge you enormous amount of money. Get the car with one problem and you will take it home with more. Seams like they doing more damage to your car than repair.
