Staff from this business swore at me publicly in a Facebook group after I shared my past experience. Rather than addressing it professionally, they responded with insults. Screenshots attached. This isn’t what I expect from a company that says it prides itself on customer service.
I can't recommend this garage enough..A star ! after taking our nissan juke to nissan dealership in Bedford for a mot ..it came back with 9 failures on the front end... leaking gators... ball ends broken/leaking...all the front mounts perished ..track rod ends all leaking etc... I just couldn't belive that this was the case.. so I took our car to henmans where the owner seemed to agree that its very unlikely all these problems are there especially after no advisory from the last mot...so I left the car with them to do there own mot on our car... the same day I rang up to see how its going.. the owner couldn't belive what nissan had failed our car on.(clearly just lied ) in which he suggested we report them ... there was 1 problem which henmans fixed the same day ... can't thankyou enough ....nissan quoted nearly £3.000 to fix our car to pass the mot.... henmans final bill including mot was £250.00 !!... a garage you can trust and will be using all the time in the future ... cheers
Have had both cars serviced, MOT’d and repaired here for the past few years. Always friendly, helpful and do a good job. Reasonably priced too.
Took my Reliant Robin here for the first time, and they were all amazing, helpful and chatty, this is one of the rare old skool type garages that we need to hold on to.
Amazing garage, wouldn’t go anywhere else now they are so friendly and reliable. I went in thinking I had loads of faults with my bmw, I felt like a priority and a valued customer. They solved everything within a matter of days. Really lovely owner deffo recommend

Just like previous review I was charged over £200 for a service of my 1.0 Toyota Aygo. More than main dealer. I usually pay about £100. Spark plugs less than 6 months old were replaced as apparently it's impossible to know when they are worn out ! Charged for lots of extras and apparently they did a full service as it was shown in my service book that's what was needed but they hadn't stamped my book and couldn't tell me where it was in my car. It was in a bag of all sorts of stuff in my boot and hadn't been taken out ! Total rip off.
