   The best garage I have I ever been to, I have been using this garage for years, good honest reliable prices and good work completed on the car, Sean is honest trustworthy, professional, reliable and has really gone out of his way to help me with my cars over the years and is so helpful and knowledge. In my opinion this is the best garage you will find in Northampton.

   I took my car in 18/09/25 for service and MOT. Pull up outside my house 25/09/25 my neighbour was outside and notice smoke coming from the bonnet of my car, he then rush to help me. When he opened the bonnet the lid was not put back on the engine so oil was everywhere. I called Shawn straight away and send him a picture, he advised to put some oil in and take it to him the next day. I told him that I am afraid to drive the car until it’s been checked out properly. He said he will pick it up in the morning, which he did but he made a comment so you didn’t want to spend money for oil so I said why should I pay for oil twice? Anyway he said he washed the engine and put fresh oil. On the 17/10/25 I called him again because I noticed the car was heating up without putting the heat on. He said he doesn’t have a mechanic I should take it to somewhere else. I took it to halford but they couldn’t open the bonnet they advised me to take it back to Nene repair so I did. Spoke to Shawn and he was very rude he said you are not getting any freebe so I ask when have I ever asked him for anything. He said it’s your car your problems. The problem that he created suddenly became mine. He seems nice and polite but don’t let that fool you! He is vile and not a good mechanic. He’s got very little knowledge in my opinion and he forgets things. I have included dates because he will lie about things and time period. Very cunning man!!!!!!!

   Thank you to Sean and the team, my family moved up here from Essex earlier on in the year, we had an emergency breakdown and they were very helpful, even offered us a cup of tea. Now my partner has just had an MOT and still the same friendly polite treatment. Thanks again

   Terrible service, brought car in for MOT / Service and the mechanic there broke my engine. They owned up and put a new one in, fair play. But a year down the line I had problems with a/c, electrical issues and performance. I didn't know it was to do with the engine swap at the time so took it to garages for them to have a look and eventually after a while a dealership found out that the engine was put in incorrectly squashing an important wire and costing me a lot to fix. When I called Nene up to explain they were rude, questioning me calling me a scrounger and telling me they want nothing to do with it without even hearing the full story. Not even an apology for doing the swap wrong.

   I realised that I had not had my MOT on my motorbike. I rang up and spoke to Shaun, he said for me to bring it in and they would get it sorted that day. I got there and Zac, his son, the mechanic had just finished a cars inspection and did mine after. They got my out of a sticky situation as without my MOT, my Tax would not have renewed. Would definitely recommend this business for sure. Thanks you guys. x

   Booked my car in for MOT with these guys. The only place in town that was doing MOTs bank holiday weekend. Fast, efficient and overall good value for money. Informed me of a couple of issues with the vehicle which weren’t a failure but would need attention in the near future. Got them both sorted within a few days.
