   What a place to celebrate a staff Christmas party. When we entered, it felt like we were in a fairy tale town. Posh, lovely decor, clean toilets. Whole restaurant looked amazing, you couldn’t find any faults. We ordered our drinks and food and it arrived with smiles. All the food looked and tasted amazing; we all loved it! We want to personally thank the management for serving amazing food and delivering brilliant service. By the time we leave all my staffs’ faces are full with smiles! Highly recommend!    Disappointing overall. Great venue, decoration and location. Booking was problematic with poor communication. Stood at " reception" for 15 minutes, despite having a booking on a "quiet" monday night. 20+ minutes to get a 1st drink, with a drink missing from the 1st order. Not a great start to a Christmas do !. Service very friendly, however everything was so slow. 1st and second (only managed 2 drinks) was slow, food arrived and had no drinks. Only one person at the bar, and seemed that the other staff would clean and wipe empty tables rather than help deliver drinks. Food was like warm, onion rings soggy and dull. Had to get our own bill and our table full of empty plates l, to find 2 staff sat at a nearby table, seemingly bored. Service charge added without comment, all in all poor. To put into context previously had a table of 18 people, fantastic night, faultless. Something has changed in a few years.

   A matter of style of substance I'm afraid. TLDR - good service let down by average food. Service was great - our server was excellent, however we all thought our food was "ok" - my burger was overdone - dried out, whilst the onion rings stack were just a little limp - not crispy batter as you would expect. We were sitting at the top and could see the pass. The above problems were because they were sitting there for a while whilst the other food was being prepared. My friends said their food was "ok" but nothing was stand out.

   What a brilliant place!! Went for mother's Day and it was superb. Food was excellent, service was fantastic and unlike some restaurants we were not rushed or pressurised to eat and go. Special mention to our waitress Nikki who was absolutely brilliant and a credit to this company. She was charming, professional and fun. Well done Nikki!!

   Fab cowboy themed restaurant, our family favourite for birthday celebrations. Great vibe/buzz and staff all super friendly. Menu is excellent with plenty of veggie options.

   Delicious food, very big portions and great quality. Loved the restaurant theme and all of the details they incorporated around the place. The only thing I was disappointed about was the TNT explosive marinade on the wings that was not spicy at all, although it’s still not a reason to drop a star. Will definitely come back again.

   Brilliant experience! First time I've been to the new building and it's been done so well. There's loads of atmosphere and the staff are lovely, food tasty and the prices reasonable. My 7 year old whose birthday we went there for said "Can we come here for my next birthday!?"
