   We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. They have a self service kiosk where you can browse the menu, order and pay for your food. I found this really convenient. I ordered the loaded chilli fries which tasted really good. The fruits were light and fluffy sand the hot sauce had a kick to it. We didn't have to wait long for our food and we would eat here again.

   So after reading all the amazing reports about the roasts served at The Walrus, we decided to give it a go. Busy busy pub. Service was good. I ordered the mushroom, spinach & vegan cheese Wellington with mushroom & almond sauce & my partner ordered the beef. Very generous plates of food. Potatoes were nice - my vegan roast was very tasty. The sauce wasn’t very nice though. My partner said his beef was nice enough. The vegetable sides were nice - but the red cabbage had a strange flavour. Overall a 7/10.

   The fries are freshly prepared for each order, they came in hot and crispy. I tried them with the Texas dipping sauce and loved it. The hot dog is also delicious but I was disappointed as I ordered the "Germnay beechwood hotdog" and the hotdog was not a German style hotdog it was an American style hotdog. But other than that the place is great and the staff are very friendly.

   This area has needed something new and fresh and this could be just the place... Not as much information on the menu or website as I would have liked but the burger and chips were lovely. Will definitely be back to try something else real soon keep up the good work guys and good luck!
