   In 35 years of weekly pick up. Also picking up prescriptions for other people. The most friendly professional team. The fastest and never a mistake from caring pharmacist. I cannot sing there praises enough!

   Unreliable and staff less than honest. Was offered automatic prescription renewal. Called subsequently to pick up and staff denied they offer this service. Promised medication would be available next day. Called again (customer in front offered automatic renewal) and told it would be a further 3 days. Went elsewhere.

   Terrible place. My 92 yr old great aunt lives close by here and is currently suffering pain from a urinary infection because this place wants "at least 10 days" to fulfil a simple prescription for medication. Staff are rude, very unhelpful, "jobs worths". If you don’t enjoy your jobs ladies then get a job somewhere else! …and I am sure they will reply to this review with some made up excuses.

   Ñow shutting on Saturday. Even on week days you could go and they would be closed. even when there open, you would be looking at a five or six minutes wait if you're lucky.

   Usually don't have any problems but very angry that chemist is closed again, my mother now does not have any of her medication for her Alzheimer's until Monday that's if they are open then. Twice I've been this week both times closed nothing online to say they are closed.

   Absolutely shocking service! Staff are so slow, wait ages for them to come to the counter. Either very under staffed or can’t be bothered! Ordered medication the day before and it still wasn’t ready to collect when they said it would! Worst boots in Norwich Seriously

   Worst service and customer service I have ever experienced whilst trying to order a repeat prescription. Ordered the prescription over TWO weeks before I was due to run out. Was told it would take 2 working days. Husband went to collect it, hadn't been ordered. This happened another TWO times. I then went to collect it myself - again wasn't ordered. The pharmacist then had the audacity to argue with me, trying to insinuate that the error was MY fault, that I must be due a check at my doctors surgery, that I hadn't registered a pharmacy as my priority pharmacy. I called the doctors surgery who then confirmed that it had been processed and should be at the pharmacy. Called the pharmacy back, lady continued to argue with me, then quickly realised it was their error. Told me she would reorder it again. AGAIN, was not ordered! Repeat of events, then was promised it would be ready for collection that following day (as I was due to run out of tablets the day after). Guess what, still hasn't been sorted, and I've now run out of tablets. One would hope that as a large corporate business, they'd have their s### together. So much for the customer is always right. No apology and no damned effort to fix the problem. Will not recommend to anyone, ever.
