   Called with a query about my prescription. Was told by a lady on the phone that they would not dispense it because it would be wasteful?! and I needed to speak with my GP to ask them to prescribe a full dose of 28 days? This was not necessary and they would not do that as it was not needed for 28 days… Went to another WELL pharmacy who saw no issues with the prescription and dispensed it there and then?! Very poor customer service and caused a considerable amount of stress and anxiety today.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID! The manager is a rude and aggressive man who has no clue about customer service OR the needs of the chronically ill. Entirely despicable - manager and staff lied MULTIPLE times about my emergency prescription and wasted nearly 2 hours of time before hanging up and refusing to take any more calls. Incompetent and quite frankly dangerous. Clearly don't take unwell and vulnerable people seriously. Absolute joke.
