   Do not send texts to say prescriptions are ready for collection always, Do not answer the phoneline and admitted as much. Been 2 weeks without medication due to their error. No customer communication regarding prescriptions available. Only cashier sales. If less help now branch is closing. Swear the phone as literally been taken of the hook.

   Zero out of ten would be far more than this place deserves. Minus 500 out of ten would be closer. The staff must be specially trained to move at the pace of a particularly slow snail and that is assuming the place is open, whcih half the time it isn't. Really not mcuh point in it being there. They always have 77 excuses for their abysmal service bit no one ever does anything to improve it.

   Can’t give it 0 so had to give one. Like many have said the male pharmacist is arrogant and rude. I have now changed to a different pharmacy due to his disgusting attitude towards customers he was really rude to the lady In front of me today and then to myself. I tried to politely challenge him on some false information he tried to push onto me but he just got more arrogant and rude. Please save yourself the insult of this clearly unhappy man and go somewhere where you are welcome and treated with respect. I have looked into reporting him but due to Covid complaints are not being looked into at this time which is understandable, however I will be making a complaint with the evidence I have when we are able to again. Just go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle there are plenty of far better local pharmacies to choose from. Vote with your feet people

   Been trying to call to ask if a prescription is ready, called 27 times yesterday and a further 20 today with no answer! Im calling as I don't want to go out for no reason during lockdown

   My experience of going to this place is awful. The ladies in here are really helpful but the male pharmacist is terrible. He is rude confrontational, and just all round patronizing. He really shouldn't treat someone this way if they are unwell. He made me feel so much worse with how he treated me. I will no longer be going to the place as compassion and understanding is non existence with this individual. I just hope someone doesn't treat him like he treated me when you're unwell, I wouldn't wish that feeling on anyone!
