   Have used the Costessey pharmacy and the new one in Bowthorpe and had my covid injection and get all my prescription from them and have found them to be very helpful and polite I would highly recommend them

   The staff here are the rudest people I've ever met. Unfortunately I have to visit this place regularly for work. Prescriptions are never ready to collect on time, never answer the phone, really unhelpful and they all just seem like they can't be bothered to do their jobs. The young brunette lady is by far the worst one.

   This pharmacy used to be great but the younger lady that works there is very rude and condescending! I was left infuriated with how I was spoken to on the last few occasions when visiting. Both time by the younger female member of staff. I must say the others have been nothing but great!! I have changed where my prescription is being delivered because of this rude individual who thinks she knows better than the doctors!! She is a glorified checkout girl that is all!! Never again.

   Previous gentleman very obliging. Young lady there now. Lost prescription so we had to ring doctors to sort. Very rude and unhelpful when we called tp pick it up. Spoke derogatry about customers to colleagues with customers in shop.

   Such a friendly helpful chemists. All the staff so nice, even in this frustrating time. Have delivered my partners medication for a number of years. So punctual so polite. I have just arranged to have my prescriptions done with them after another bad experience with Boots at Bowthorpe. Can’t rate them high enough, thank you Costessey Pharmacy.
