   Absolutely appalling service from this chemist, I have my medication delivered as I’m disabled. Rang up to see if my recent prescription was sorted out, they didn’t have a driver to deliver until Thursday or Friday. I didn’t go out at all as I’ve got a cold and chest infection, so I needed the medication asap…. guess what????… I’m still waiting, I’m fuming as I had to call an ambulance because I didn’t have my medication for my copd. I shouldn’t have to call the emergency services out to just give me a nebuliser, it’s not up to them to waste their time to accommodate me because this chemist couldn’t be arsed to deliver my medication.

   We are newbies to Beachcroft surgery and pharmacy , after being with another surgery for 40+yrs, after visiting today , I can honestly say , how noticeable it was to us, how we were spoken to and treated, friendly , professional service with a smile, thank you from Paul and Kathy

   Terrible service received. Firstly you cannot contact the Beechcroft Pharmacy by telephone as they never actually answer the phone. It simply rings and rings. Secondly, I was told that they did not have my item in stock when they did. Thirdly, when I informed the pharmacy that I wanted to go elsewhere for my prescription they did not released it one the system, so I am unable to do this. I will be making a formal complaint to Norwich Pharmacies.

   They were very rude on the phone. When I went in they ignored me for 10 minutes, then we're rude again. When my partner went in a few weeks later they made him wait outside( there were others before and after him) that waited inside. And my partner has health issues. It's a really bad run pharmacy, prefer roundwell pharmacy.
