   Could hear pharmacy staff messing around and shouting while sat waiting for my emergency appointment, went into pharmacy to pick up prescription there was 2 people in front of me and one member of staff serving that disappeared for a while all you could hear was staff around the back talking about their social lives and messing around, had to wait 20 minutes to get my prescription wouldn’t mind if it was busy but very frustrating when your ill and have to stand around for ages waiting while the staff are messing around!

   Never have I come across such rude staff and a pharmacist who clearly doesn't care about her patients Pharmacist is ALWAYS late, never greets patients when she arrives, instead walks through the parmacy taking private calls. Always has her face stuck in her phone. Surely private calls and messages should be dealt with out of work. Also she should be able to deal wkth complaints, instead she passes them onto other staff to deal with then deletes patients from the surgery and send prescriptions to other pharmacys with no notification. All because patients have tried to complain about her Staff are also not aware of any complaints procedure and instead think providing an email address is sufficient enough, no its not. A complaints procedure is a document outlining how to complain and how your complaint will be dealt with, this pharmacy has no complaints procedure and there is no way to make complaints, as I said if you make staff aware you are simply taken off their records. How can you refuse medication because a patient doesn't like the service they receive? This pharmacist needs sacking before she costs a patient their life!!!!!

   Brilliant pharmacy as needed emergency prescription medication as on holiday and I’d forgotten mine! Ordered through the 111 App and collected here! (Get me with using all this modern technology) They were open on a Sunday (found out they open 7 days a week) brilliant and such a helpful and friendly pharmacist. Thank you for coming to my rescue,

   Handed over prescription to wait for. Elderly, disabled mother waiting in car. Others came received prescription and went. Staff apologetic for the wait. Eventually told they didn't have item. No offer to order it. Very frustrating.
