   Wow what fantastic service from start to end, communication was 5 star from Sarah, and CJ who installed it was quick, efficient, friendly and clearly loved cats, I would recommend cat out of glass to everyone, flawless service throughout, even though they are Brighton based they came to laughton (lewes) and it was done so quick! We got a cat flap that recognises our cats microchip to stop the neighbors cats coming in, it’s in a double glazed window and we built a set of stairs for our kitty out of a pallet which she loves scampering up and it’s perfect! I really like supporting local independent businesses too, thanks guys. (When I took the photos I realised I hadn’t put the cover over the batteries as I had just set my cat up with the microchip reader) see last photo for what it looks like with the cover on

   Can’t recommend Cat Out Of Glass enough. Recently had a microchip cat clap installed in a double glazed glass door panel. Sarah was super responsive, informative and friendly, both in response to my initial enquiry and all follow up, keeping me updated at every step of the process. CJ was efficient and similarly warm and friendly, explaining the process of how the cat flap is installed and operated in an accessible but unpatronising way. Professionalism of this company is next to none, and even better - at one of the best price points on the market.

   I would highly recommend cat out of glass to anyone looking to get a cat flap fitted. We have glass double doors with two narrow glass panes either side where we were hoping to have it fitted. The measurements were tight but they made it work for us which was amazing! It looks great and works really well for our cat who can come and go as he pleases. Thank you ☺️

   Had a cat flap fitted yesterday having had the survey done a week before. Excellent service and excellent communication. I was given a time slot when CJ would arrive so I wouldn't have to wait in all day. His work was very clean and tidy and he made sure everything was okay before he left.    I cannot recommend 'Cat Out of Glass' enough. From my initial enquiry to the finished article, these guys were excellent. Sarah's communication was thorough, speedy and informative. Any questions i had were responded to in a timely manner, and it gave me confidence in the company from the very beginning. 'CJ' was fantastic on both visits to our house (the first to measure up for the glass panel replacement, the second for the actual installation). Punctual, courteous, speedy and efficient. SO refreshing to deal with a business who, without doubt, obviously puts it's customers first. 10/10 and i would have absolute confidence in recommending this company. The job is finished....the only thing left to do now is for Charlie-Cat to grow some and start using his new cat-flap! :-) Thanks again and i wish you all the very best for the future.
