Absolutely lovely vets, when we first arrived a staff member came out with a pet rat on his shoulder, so certainly an animal lover and the vet herself gave us great advice for our yorkshire terrier, really listened and took interest even though we walked in without an apointment 10/10

If I could give less i would. We all trust our vets right? They are there to give the best advice for our animals and do the best for them . Now this is about one vet there in particular mauro who did a pre -op on my lab who was dripping milk onto his table but he passed her for a spay . He then did the spay and fast forward a year we now have a dog stuck in phantom pregnancy who is reactive and seeing a behaviourist and needing medication to get her out of the pregnancy. The spay should never of gone ahead . We were in no rush but he was he wanted her in. Also no notes on a pre-op or any on post op lactation she is currently on sedatives and hormones she also has massive hip problems but apparently she doesn't have anything wrong with her hips. Mauro tried to vaccinate my anxious dog by cornering her into a corner and then wondered why she tried to bite him . We also had a cat spayed here and an umbilical hernia "repaired " well we were charged for the repair only he didn't do it and now it's so big you can put your finger through it. I honestly would avoid and find a non corporate run vets an independent one who actually give a damn about the animals because we now have a dog who has suffered so much all because they did something they shouldn't of done and we are paying for the privilege. Their only saving grace's is how good Nico and Georgia are if nico opened his own vets i would go there and Georgia the receptionist is wasted there .

Absolutely faultless! They were professional, kind and so knowledgeable. The vets offer lots of options to cover all price ranges, they take their time and don’t rush. The nurses are friendly, gentle and have a high level of knowledge. The staff on the desk (Georgia and Hannah) are treasures who have been nothing but delightful- keeping me informed, offering manageable appointments and being friendly and compassionate. I am so glad I moved to this practice for a second opinion.

I would sooner advise you to walk to a vet practice in Lewes, than sign up here. When we signed up here we thought, it was a new practice so there would be ample customer service and care from the vet. The manager is inept and the lead vet, (when he turns up) is a patronising con man. Graeme works at the linked branch in Hove so is only available at awkward times. Pricing for your regular medication can be changed at the drop of a hat without proper consultation. Our dog is on a monthly cytopoint and he doubled the price and sent us the bill without ever speaking to us. When we raised a complaint we were ignored. When we wrote in, he hid the complaint from the practice manager. So spineless is this man, be hid behind Tania and Katie rather than give us half an explanation. This did not get escalted until an infuriated visit to the practise. The complaint was escalated to 'client services' who are as useful as a chocolate teapot and they just sided with the vet, despite them not following their own policy. Now, no one is expecting a trip to the vets to be cheap but you do expect a level of common decency of which we received none. With threat of bailiffs from the practice, and no support from client services, we had no choice but to pay this bill during the worst Cost of Living crisis we have ever known, and just before Christmas, which I'm sure all 3 of them found very amusing. So I'll say again, RUN in the opposite direction.

Took our cat Dave to Brighton which has just opened, and it was the best vet experience we've ever had. The vet took time to ask questions and explain things to us that all the other vets over the last 12 years had never bothered to. Lots of practical advice to not only treat his issues, but also to prevent them in the future. Thank you such much for making us and our cat feel cared for and important, and not just a way of buying a new range rover...... We have been recommending you to all our friends and will continue to do so.

I took two of my cats in for a health check up and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The vet Graeme (I hope I'm spelling your name right) was very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciate the efforts of the staff, and I'm so glad I decided to register there.

Really pleased. I was helped really well and had all my questions and queries answered. They are brand new having opened a few days ago so didn't expect this much of a good service. Just really happy and satisfied with them. First time with Vets4Pets so really looking forward to taking my doggies here! Kind staff who go above and beyond to help you!
