I came 15 mins before closing to buy eggs. They sold me rotten hairy eggs and I went back the next day but they refused to refund me or even give me new eggs because I didn’t come with the cling film wrapping. Bad customer service
Customer for years, good communication when walk in. Friendly and approachable. Post office is open at certain times but makes sense when only certain staff can work the station. Nice to see still workers get a break midday. Minimum spend of £5 for card payments.
Went to get some money out from the post office before closing time, the shop owner said to look at the sign that says its closed, I only pointed out it says otherwise on google maps, he responded shouting " Post office isn't my position, this is my position, the shop!" I was like, okay then, could've been nicer about it... Ive been at this shop a couple of times and their attitude stinks... Avoid if you want a nice day...
Awful place. I've given up shopping there. They short change you all the time and they're very rude. Wouldn't shop there even if I was paid to.
ive been shopping here for 34 years, ive always had a great experience with them. Whatever you need they get in the next day, ive seen them been abused on a few occasions. I remember the dad mr patel lovely man and michael is the nicest man as are all the others. They work hard and think they deserve more credit x
Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Extremely rude staff. Female throws things I brought into my daughters pray hitting her. When told not to do that they got funny and even ruder. Stay well away from this shop. They also rip you off if you pay by card. Make sure you get a receipt to check they haven’t over charged you
Worked there for the best part of two months. Got treated like dirt, was never told when my shift was until the same day and whenever I tried to contact the store about my shifts i constantly got ignored. What's worse is how awfully they treat customers. Appalling hygiene standards too, especially in the back room where nobody can see. We were told to store gone off food in the same fridge as new produce. Wouldn't recommend for work or for shopping.
Very very very rude people! they have no awareness of basic hygiene standards. The shopkeeper handled money blew his nose and then pursued to count my sons penny sweets with his unclean fingers, when I asked him if he could refrain from doing so he became soo confrontational that I ended not buying the sweets! I have had nothing but issues with the shop owners here. I will only buy from this shop if I have no other options would not recommend.. Ever!!
