Stayed here many many times over the years as its perfect location for my needs. However, December 2024 was placed on 3rd floor (no problem normally) but lift was out and as my wife suffers with back issues found very difficult. No rooms available on lower floor plus someone arrived in wheelchair and was placed on a higher floor. Moving on to December 2025 and guess what? Lift is out. When questioned was advised it could be months to get resolved. Try years!!! Room not ready (arrived after 3pm check in) told lack of housekeeping. Lady was very apologetic but man dealing with us looked and sounded bored and uninterested. Got room 2nd floor eventually. I will stay again but only the fact it's location only. This hotel however is by far not a great premium inn. I stay i lots of them, got a further 5 booked up. Shame really. Oh and the bored guy stayed bored whole time even at checkout.

Excellent premier Inn. Superb staff. Plenty of free parking including disabled bays. Situated close to Sainsburys supermarket and MacArthur Glen designer outlet. Petrol station close by. Also situated next door is Millar and Carter.

Nice Premier Inn great location right next to the Designer Outlet and a big Sainsburys. Comfortable clean rooms. Busy carpark, but managed to find spaces over 2 nights. Only let down was the small breakfast area and mixed advice from Reception Staff. We were told the first night ' No need to book a table.' When we came down in the morning, we were told 'We should have booked!' We were accomodated though. That evening we booked for the next morning and were told to 'We could pay in the morning.' Next morning we were told ' We should have paid last night and would need to wait at least 15 mins, if they could find a space!' Very mixed information by Reception Staff. Due to this we decided not to wait and left for breakfast on our journey. I appreciate the breakfast area is small and only one cook, but consistency from Staff at the hotel would help avoid confusion and disapointment. My advice book and pay for breakfast in advance if staying here. Overall a good stay though.

Pleasently situated hotel for all kinds of stays (plus, the Outlet centre is really handy nearby for late night shopping and general outings). I will say the housekeeping could be slightly more on top of filling up toilet roll, soap and bath gels, but other than that, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We have lovely nights. Comfortable bed. But they don't have extra pillows and blankets . We heard it was a bit noisy downstairs .. not sure if it is renovations or something. But in total we have a nice inn. Close to the outlet shopping centre.

Quick stop in Bridgend for work & family catch-up. This Premier Inn is our go-to stopover every time we visit. Very clean and quiet location. The same lovely staff make it feel very homely. We even get the same room. It's across the road from the designer outlet village with every shop you'd expect at a McArthurGlenn & easy access for a train to Cardiff.

I’m a regular at premier inn hotels across the country due to work, I wouldn’t even check other hotels I’d just find the nearest premier inn to the job and book it. I understand that hotels can more expensive in city centres eg London. I had a job coming up in Bridgend (hardly a busy tourist city centre) and thought Id check the prices, £110 per night!!!! I love premier inns but for a standard 2* hotel that is ridiculous. For someone who stays at yours hotels regular I find is shocking how you can charge so much. never paid anymore than £65/70 for a premier inn and that was in London! I’ve paid £45 for a Premier inn in Newcastle city centre. At times when wages haven’t increased but the cost of living has. At a time when we are just out of a pandemic, premier inn shows it’s true colours!! I spend 1000’s a year on hotels for work at premier inn but they have lost a loyal customer today through their greediness. Will Be staying in affordable air bnb’s from now on.
