Great shop and everything we needed, staff were fast and efficient. Some good deals we felt too, especially in this day and age
Tk max has a fantastic selection of items, and I previously have appreicated browsing and always enjoy buying gifts from TKmaxx knowing items can be a bit different from other stores.. however i visited this store for the first time since becoming a wheelchair user, and was beyond disappointed how un disability friendly this store is... it's virtually impossible to safley negotiate around the store. I couldn't even press the lift button because of stuff being stacked up by it, and so many aisles i wanted to look at things, but with things stacked at either end of the aisles it was impossible and I feared knocking items off the shelf, or trapping my hands whilst trying to self propel myself in my wheelchair that did happen a few times. When I got to the till I couldn't even reach the till properly due to the tight gap and only brought one item, but would have brought more had i been able to access it. Tkmax is sadly one of the absoultey worse stores in worthing for access, i won't be returning.
My husband and daughter, 9 years old went in the shop today and tried to purchase a crochet set, for which the person behind the till then proceeded to not sell this item because he couldn't sell it to someone under the age of 18. My husband is 38 and had id, had he been asked for it. For one it wasn't even an age restricted item, no alcohol, tobacco, sharp or offensive item was in this kit and secondly the staff assumed it was for our daughter and proceeded to go on about a proxy sale and refused to sell this item to them. This was in fact a present for her grandma and she was absolutely modified being treated like that and having to leave the shop empty handed through no fault of her own apart from just being present in the moment shopping with her dad. We will be avoiding this shop now, their staff are completely clueless and rude.

As always, plenty of choice and good value. Positive customer service and great for clothes, shoes, gifts and homeware items. I'm always lucky in both the Worthing store and Bournemouth Town Centre.
A really large store with a great selection of products. It's got a particularly large kids department and is well run. The store was tidy and very well run. It's on 2 levels with an escalator to go yp and stairs to go down. There is also an elevator.
