   Very knowledgeable and helpful staff I had severe morning sickness and they helped me find the perfect magnesium supplement which has helped tremendously. They also had freshly baked muffins and they were gorgeous. It's a haven for vegetarian vegan organic and alternative lifestyle essentials. Also they have community boards out front with really really interesting and helpful leaflet/services.

   I’ve use the shop a few times but won’t be using it anymore! The overpriced goods in the store a ridiculously out of reach for most people, you can find the same or very similar products for half the money that they ask! It’s supposed to be for health and well-being, but how can you feel well about spending so much money on overinflated goods? Also some of the staff do not adhere to the hands face space rules that are a legal requirement in the UK during this pandemic! I would not feel confident about consuming edibles that have been handled by people who do not adhere to government guidelines! Also I feel the need to mention many of the products have expired or are reaching their expiry dates, please shop elsewhere!

   Usually I balk when I think of using this shop owing to previous experiences (off handedness, over pricing) despite living locally and the potential convenience factor. Discrimination against cash users adds to the reasons to prefer a more balanced approach to the customer experience so I'm voting with my wallet and shopping else where.

   Great local grocer and health food shop. The bread they keep in stock is amazing. Do yourself a favour and grab the rosemary and sea salt sour dough. Now open Sunday as well which is great. They also have a good range of baby essentials.
