Great shop, great location and really lovely staff. All very friendly. Especially the tall movie loving dude!
If i could i wouldn't even give them 1 star. Not only are the staff rude and awfully grumpy (expect for the young staff).Also witnessed how rude & patronising they are to school kids, how do we expect this generation to learn to respect elders when they are treated this way. To add to this the post office is very often closed during working hours!! Because they are stacking shelves with other deliveries or someone is on a break. This has happened multiple times & causes customers a lot if inconvenience. I now avoid One Stop shop.

Best store in hove free parking post office service very busy store but always pushing the best service just always ask if your not sure about anything. My childhood shop unbeatable. New Costa an milkshake and slushy and tango ice blast machine check it out. Lovely refurb. Great meal deals an lots more.
I’ve been to this One Stop lots of times and it’s only a few yards from my house which is less than 2 mins away. It’s a nice small store almost like a convenient store but the staff here are friendly. It gets busy during the school periods and I would give this 4 stars and a solid 8 out of 10. It’s right next to the bus stop as well if you want to head to town.
Excellent, staff always friendly and long opening hours. A refreshing example of how to run a business, could teach the staff in other Post Offices a thing or two !
Terrible place. Consistently overcharge when you get to the counter. Yellow stickers denote a special offer then they charge the full price. Or, due to their inadequate counter facilities, the cashier will scan an item twice. Reduced to clear items often not reduced. They don't issue receipts unless you ask and even then they'll try to give you just the card receipt with a total, rather than an itemised till receipt. I've counted 7 members of staff in there and all except one has overcharged me on different occasions. When we're talking about £1 being overcharged on goods amounting to just over a fiver (as today) as they have done frequently, clearly I am not the only one. Shall be contacting Trading Standards today as well as One Stop's head office. Obviously I shan't be using ANY One Stop again.
