   Frustrated unfortunately, I bought some concreting sand (25kg bags ) off the web site picked them up myself because it’s 10 minutes away , when I came to use the bags I could tell they were totally different weights some 15kg some 18kg , not one bag weight 25kg not a problem I rang up and they said you can exchange them , was to much off a hassle dragging to the car , so I Just went and got a couple of extra bags , I stoke to the lady about it , she was nice enough with me , but she did tell me technically they don’t need weight 25kg which is super annoying because they are advised on the side as 25kg bag

   Fantastic level of service from the young lad in plumbing, all their staff are friendly and accommodating. Price wise they are as cheap as the internet so why bother with online when you can deal locally.

   Sue and myself called in the look at slabs for our rear garden. We asked for advise and the help was amazing, nothing was much trouble. We spoke to Breeze she was amazing definitely an asset to the company she explained every question in so much detail it really inspires confidence.    Nipped in quickly on our journey home, we’ve been wanting to build a planter in the garden for a while & after having quotes from here there and everywhere I finally decided to go to MKM stoke which is close to our house. Really helpful service and seen to as soon as approaching the counter, the only issue I had was how they presumed my non DIYer husband would be answering the questions, not realising it would be me even after being the one answering the questions to what we were doing with the decking etc. Promised for delivery tomorrow with everything we’ll be needing and the bonus being we are not dragging it home ourselves and it came in with around 50% off what we had been quoted elsewhere so it was a win win with a purchase made there and then. Will be glad of the delivery tomorrow morning especially when only being in store at 4pm so a very quick turnaround Thank you
