Whitlingham is such a gorgeous park for a walk around the lake. Parking fees are pretty fair. The cafe is lovely, everyone is always very friendly.

Great outdoor experience. Stunning views, especially at the sunset. A great way to exercise and enchant your senses in the nature. Lots of amenities. Possibly to rent a boat. Large carpark.

Nice flat walk around the lake. Although it had been wet, no muddy areas. Toilets were clean. Dog bins close to car park side, but found no water bowls. There is a cafe on site, but we didn't visit. No planting or garden, just nature reserve areas.

Nice end to the busy weekend. Lovely stroll round the lake. Great place to take the dogs for a long walk somewhere new for them. Paths are great under foot and all litter free. There are plenty of dog poo bins so no need to leave it. Plenty of signage dotted around all with the what three words location, so if you do get into any trouble, the services will find you with ease. Paid parking but not a great amount.

I spent a few good hours with my four legged friend on Sunday walking around the lake and country park at Whitlingham lake - access is Great with parking and cafe and clean toilets located in car park litter bins and doggy bin all around the lake path - it can get busy at times . Lots of wildlife to see butterflies, geese, ducks and swans, and birds of prey like Red kites and Kestrels . Some areas Do get muddy so a change of foot ware is advised. Lots of benches to sit and enjoy. In the country park quite a steep bank with steps and handrail lots of different trees and the bird song is glorious.

Beautiful and serene area. Lovely for walks, canoe or kayaking or just sit in the sun and chill watching swans glide by. There is a barn cafe nearby for snacks and drinks.

What a beautiful place to visit. Great walks, beautiful scenery and a fantastic cafe to finish off the walk. A shame our girl can't read the signs though!!!!

Whitlingham is a great spot to come to for a leisurely walk. You get a great view of the broad throughout, and the River Yare for some of it too. Can be a trifle muddy at times, definitely recommend boots or wellies unless you want to be cleaning mud of your trainers! Lots of bird life and water fowl. Mostly even surface all the way around the path so it’s suitable for most. There’s a nice cafe on site with decent coffee, sandwiches and pastries. The cafe also allows dogs. The car parks are pay and display- they do have card readers (didn’t work last time I tried however) or you can pay with coins. You can also pay online with a credit/debit card. There is some free on road parking down Whitlingham lane- just make sure your parked on the single yellow sections and be mindful of the signs.
