Ian really took the time to listen to my needs and preferences for my kitchen, explaining the entire planning and ordering process in detail. It felt like a collaborative effort, resulting in a beautiful and practical custom kitchen and TV wall. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, with Ian and his team maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. The aftercare service was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Schmidt to anyone in search of a high-quality, tailor-made kitchen.”

“I came in today for a hair cut with Dolcie and she was fantastic, she listened to exactly what I wanted and managed to tame my lockdown hair. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the decor really matches their professional approach to barbering. Would highly recommend Truman's and will definitely be going back.”

“Unfortunately couldn't spend as long here as would have liked. Understandably but without forethought closed part of this morning for remembrance day. Managed to wonder round inside afterwards and was guided expertly by 1 of the tour guides to the locations of the 2 people's graves/tombs/plots we we're looking for. Glad we went back after remembrance and most definitely worth the £5 each charity donation. The building itself is in excellent condition considering its 900 years of existence.”

“nutella crepes are my favourite food so i have very high standards but go crepes defintely met them. the wait was slightly long considering it was a small queue but the staff did apologise and were very kind and made sure my order was correct. crepe was perfectly cooked i had nutella and strawberries, my go to, and it was delicious. prices were reasonable unlike many dessert places now a days. will definitely be returning!”

“We had a great meal at Gem Turkish Restaurant. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The octopus dish, in particular, was absolutely outstanding – easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. My only complaint? The remix of Creep by Radiohead that came on during our meal – a complete travesty to music! But even that couldn’t spoil an otherwise excellent evening. Highly recommended.”

“Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed! Unfortunately a lot of the stalls were closed due to horrendous weather over the weekend, but it didn’t dampen the experience. The majority of the indoor stalls were still trading, and we had a browse and purchased a few lovely items. Will definitely be returning in the summer for the full experience!”

“Really comfortable and generously sized room. But it was the staff who really made it an excellent venue. Can we especially mention Jake in the kitchen who took extraordinary care in the preparation of our dinner and breakfast. Our son has coeliac desease and the staff were very kind understanding and sensitive to his needs. Jake came through with especial care in the preparation of his food. We are most grateful.”

“We've been coming to Norfolk for 15 years and only have just been given a recommendation to come here. But I'm so glad we have. What beautiful gardens, built up over 50 years with obvious love and in-depth knowledge of horticulture from the owners. There is so much to see. Just when you think you've seen everything, you find another nook or cranny bursting with colour and fragrance. There are lots of seated areas, either to sit and rest or just take in the breathtaking surroundings. The entrance and exit are adjacent to the tea room, so the choice is there is to either fuel up before your walk round or relax afterwards. We shared a pot of tea with the apple crumble cake, which has to go down as one of the best cakes I've had at any tea room. It is very reasonably priced and a must for any keen gardeners visiting the area. You can even purchase plants from their shop before you leave.”

“What a lovely find ! We were looking for a nice one night romantic getaway at a reasonable price , we definitely found it here ! The Beautiful blue room with four poster bed was stunning. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet in the room. We had everything we required for our stay. Breakfast was superb! We had such a lovely night and will definitely come back !”

“I have been wanting to come here for a while. We had a lovely warm welcome on a dark damp night. Warm environment with a young vibe and good music. The burgers are nice but can be a little hard to eat with their size and wetness. Very enjoyable meal and look forward to returning in the future.”

“FAB customer service from Gwen!!! I love going into Indigo, it always has a friendly, welcoming feel. But today I went in on the off chance of a jewellery change, which Gwen accommodated pretty much straight away. Sadly, my hoop was too small, so Gwen kindly offered to measure my piercing for future jewellery. After talking about the difficulties I’d had with my piercing, it felt like the best thing to do was to have my ear pierced again. Gwen was so kind and knowledgeable and once I’d decided that was what I wanted to do, she offered to do the piercing there and then. I didn’t feel any pressure, but her advice made it an easy decision. She did a fantastic job and my new piercing is already less painful than my existing one. Just such a lovely person, she didn’t make me feel rushed - I felt valued and she made it a really personable experience, definitely not the level of service offered by all parlours in Norwich! I’ll be asking for her personally when I inevitably go back to Indigo - Thank you Gwen!! ”
