   Theses guys are heroes! I popped in in booked with 8 children and 6 adults after a party ice skating, they found us all a table catered for allergies, and then even dimmed the lights and found a candle for our cake! There was some great singing and banging of pans to accompany the birthday song. Pizza was also really tasty! Thank you all for a memorable evening!

   Ordered to go. Just unremarkable pizza. The oven was busy, but the pizzas were coming out way too early resulting in a flabby pizza with little or no char and under cooked cheese and onions. From other reviews and pictures , I can see that cooked properly, this place can probably make a decent pizza. Not tonight, though. Tiramisu was uninspiring and lacked any real substance or flavour. Service was perfunctory but efficient. I did feel as though the FOH manager thought he was doing me a favour by serving me.

   Very friendly staff, helped navigate us through their promotional discount and answered all queries. The blonde girl on the door and our waitress whose names we did not catch were very helpful, checking back on us to see if we were enjoying the food. The attentiveness and kindness as well as delicious food made our evening very pleasant.

   Amazing freshly made sourdough pizza. The is one of the best pizzas I have had, the toppings were high quality and tasted so fresh. Great little place inside, very well decorated and modern and very good price, £13.50 my pizza. Great service, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit. We were staying overnight before a cruise, if we do it again we would definitely go back here.

   We had lunch here on a Sunday without a booking reservation. The place was not too busy, we were quickly seated, the staff was friendly and attentive, both the pizzas and the starter were great, and the tiramisu was absolutely delicious.

   Really tasty authentic pizza. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Only downside is the size of the restaurant and you feel a little like you're sat on top of other people and squeezed into the space. Appreciate though that they need to maximize the number of customers they can serve

   Visited Franco Manca as we were staying in Southampton before going on a cruise with the bonus being they had vegan options. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Clearly labelled vegan options including a special of the day and all the wines are vegan friendly too. The pizza were fantastic so delicious they offer vegan Violife cheese and great value too. Can't finish my review without mentioning our server Rafa...he was brilliant at front of house, friendly yet professional and very enthusiastic....would we come back... definitely so we will see you next April Rafa when we come back to Southampton for our next cruise... Highly recommended.

   Customer service excellent, one of our pizza's was over cooked on the base so our waiter replaced it straight away and refunded the cost of it! The drinks are very reasonably priced too.

   As an italian, I can say that at Franco Manca you will eat a proper pizza. Lovers of the pineapple pizza stay away, at Franco's you will find good quality ingredients of the Italian culinary tradition. The dough of the pizza has no comparison with the garbage Domino's, Pizza Hut and Papa John's sell. Highly recommended.
