   Good pizza but never on time for collection time. They need to change their orders management system. I have been ordering for couple of year but I can't waste 30 min extra each time because pizzas are not ready. I even ordered 1 hour in advance still had to wait extra 30 min on top of the collection time! I am out.

   Best pizza in Reading. They almost always have a good deal going. Downside is their wedged and sides are pretty weak, buffalo wings taste amazing but a bit too slimey to be perfect, need just a tiny bit more cooking time imo. The price of custom pizzas isn't balanced on the website, seems like having 3 toppings is more expensive then getting a 6 topping pizza off the menu. Staff are nice and easy going. Would recommend for a date night but not a party as the pizzas are smaller than average and they don't hold up so well cold.

   Ordered online, 2 pizzas. One fine. Second came without ordered toppings. Spent 20 mins trying to get through on the phone to talk to them, 1st pizza got cold. Finally got through, the guy said he "had to speak to the owner". 40 mins later, we finally got through again (after having eaten the first cold pizza), they say they will come and collect both pizzas and investigate and get back to us. Load of rubbish, obviously kids have eaten one pizza and gone to bed. By now gone 9pm. Just want a refund and can't get through to anyone on the phone. Ruined evening, kids ate but adults gone hungry. Won't use again.

   Such good pizza with tasty fresh ingredients, highly recommended. I had a gluten free base and partner had normal, both were nicely cooked and we were impressed with the quality. Turned up in person and the staff advised me to order online if I wanted to access a discount code, now that’s service!

   It's like 'fine dining' on a pizza base. Probably the nicest pizza in Reading, and could also be named the 'best' if there were adequate ingredients on the actual pizza. The toppings are very scarce and practically missing in some cases! I've ordered with them several times in the hope that my experience of this shortage was a one-off however the last pizza ordered was with sausage meat on it (I forget the name), and focaccia bread with pancetta. The 1/2 meter pizza was cut into eight slices, with one tiny chunk of sausage on almost each slice - two slices had none at all. The focaccia bread is pictured, so judge for yourself. I have given this place two stars instead of one because the staff seem nice and their customer care team was kind enough to refund me, however they didn't address the issue - the toppings are incredibly stingy. I realise stone-baked pizzas are traditionally not like others and toppings tend to be less and more centered but these are practically non-existent. I would like to visit here again, but I feel like I'm paying what is quite a high price for some very lightly decorated bread. Please be more generous!!

   Service very good. Delivered in a timely manner. Second time ordering, first time we had vegan pizzas and the toppings were lovely but the base was a bit chewy. We thought it might be due to the bases being vegan so this time we ordered veggie (normal base) but again the toppings were lovely and so much choice!! But the base is so chewy that I can only eat two slices. It makes me so happy that you have so many vegan and veggie choices but due to the base I doubt we will order again.

   Wow! Shocking quality. Would give 6 starts if that was possible. If you are looking for best pizza in Reading - order from here. I was searching for great taste and service for quite a while - trying various places and Firezza beats every other local & mainstream pizza there is. Full of flavour, perfectly baked (not oily like other places) and perfect temperature. Delivery service also A+.
