   I entered your venue a few days ago with my family we had a fantastic experience the food was amazing I had a medium rare steak with potatoes which was done perfectly to my taste. Our Charlene was amazing with her service and helped us decide what to eat and made sure we had a fabulous time as a family. Definitely recommend and coming back again soon.

   Restaurant size is good with decent seating options, both for small and medium size groups. Menu is very limited for vegetarians. Cocktails were decent. Tomato Bruschetta was fresh. Garlic bread was good but heavy on butter. Ravioli was average. Service is good. Prices are decent.

   Definitely a unique experience. Been there only once for breakfast. Not only were the staff kind and courteous, they were very quick with service and I was able to pay easily for my food and drink. Not to mention they had some foods I'd never even heard of, and new pasta shapes. It was kind of relaxing, just sitting and enjoying a simple brownie and a cup of tea. Would definitely recommend for you early birds.

   The food was simply awful, the worst Carluccios we have ever been, We ordered Seafood Linguine, Ravioli and lasagne. The seafood linguine was not cooked properly and it smelled very bad. The ravioli was not cooked properly and it was watery and tasteless, even a Tesco meal tastes better than this. Lasagne’s meat smelled so bad. After few hours three of us had stomachaches and felt sick. I only give 2 stars because of their good will when We complained and received 20% discount due to the poor quality of the food.

   Couldn't decide and went Italian tonight, food was just average, quite bland no seasoning, squid was pure rubber and the focuccia was just so dry. Really need to up their game with some great competition around Reading. One waitress was amazing the other should work in Karen's. Best bit was the beer I'd never had before as they'd run out of most drinks.

   We have been to Carluccios a lot in the past, and really enjoyed it, last night was no exception. Lily our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We will be visiting again. Thank you to Alex, Lily and the team.

   It's a decent restaurant but pretty underwhelming for its prices. Friendly staff and Excellent quality starters first getting the burrata and calamari fritti. But our mains had come along and we was not too pleased. Their Sirloin steak tasted pretty bland and the potatoes were over done. What I was pretty fed up about was the drinks. I ordered what was called fresh orange juice for £3 and it tasted like a carton of euro shopper orange juice. I'd recommend someone to just get tap water if they wouldn't like an alcoholic beverage. Overall nice experience but not worth the money.
