{Make your own choice (Fried Rice, Chicken, Sweet&Sour sauce - £7.35} Appearance 2/5 - For a dine-in, they offer the same paper box as they use for take away. No green elements, only red colour can be seen (Suggestion: Use a dish, add some green vegetable) Taste 3.5/5 - Not salty, slightly too sweet Texture 3/5 - Too wet. However the bean sprouts added some texture to the dish. Size of the dish - Medium Service 2/5 - The waiter was tidying up the desk when I wanted to order the food. He totally ignored me until he finished his business. Impolite. Environment 2/5 - Warm and bright. Normal setting. The Wok sounds and smoke were a bit irritating. Not recommended dining in Temperature - Boiling Others - / Comment - Not recommended Overall - 2.5/5 07/10/2021 Terence the Food Judge

I ordered a tofu pad tai, they first made it with egg, I came back in he asked me and which was nice, I told them I am vegan and he remade it politely, no problem. However when I I came home the second batch clearly had fish sauce in it.. I didn’t go back, I just binned it. There was also a lack of fillings it was 80% rice noodles and lacked veg and tofu. The cleanliness in the shop was also poor, I could see he washes the wok but everything everywhere is covered in grime and dust : / I used wok and go in other cities, they are a franchise, its a shame this location is not up to standard in comparison to the others I have had. Its a shame because they are nice people but my experience was really poor and I wasted my money.

I had really quick service and the food was absolutely delicious! They have a really nice range of vegan options, and I like that you can choose what size meal you want- would definetly reccomend!

We ordered a CYO noodles box with teriyaki sauce & veg chicken, just tasted very salty. The rice box with tofu and indonesian nasi sauce was just burnt. Not tasty at all. Also paid extra for asian vegetables, there weren't enough vegetables just carrots and papper. Very disappointed. Never go there.

First time ordering - we wanted to try something new and after reading the reviews wasn’t sure what to expect. Had to wait a little longer for the food to arrive than I’d hoped for but it was so worth the weight. We got two mains and a couple of sides so we could get a selection. Great portion sizes - plenty of leftovers for lunch. Food was packed with flavour, the spice was just right and enhanced the food without taking over. The rice was cooked perfectly and the noodles are delicious - I could eat a plate of those on their own. Even the veg was cooked to leave a slight bite rather than turn to mush. The spring rolls were yummy and not just packed with bean sprouts. Absolutely will be a regular for us from now on.

Ordered Chicken Katsu curry through Deliveroo. Rice didn't have any flavor and the chicken was dry and chicken was clearly cooked long before my order. At least the food was warm...

I just paid for a box of noodles covered in salt. I paid extra for the peas, there are about 15 peas in here and pretty much nothing else. Salty noodles, don’t waste your time and money on this place. The spring rolls are awful too. Uncooked on the inside and cooked in old oil.

My second time having Wok&Go and definitely not my last. The price is mid range but looking at the thai green curry that I had in its box (pictures). It its literally stuffed in the box. The thicker the noodles the more filling it is and it stays hot for a long long time too! So you can walk home with the food in its bag and not worry about it getting cold. Depending on how busy it is and how many staff they have there, depends on how long your food will take. Note: They only have 3 woks but they are still able to cook your food in less than 5minutes when quiet so rest assured they are doing their best if they are busy! Make sure to use the student discount if you are one, just show your ID or unidays/NUS card and pick up a loyalty card to maxmise your freebies! You are able to order through deliveroo as well (more expensive however). Feel free to walk down or order ahead on the phone if you can and pick it up and take a walk. The food won't get cold! The food is really tasty and I would recommend the thai green curry and spring rolls. They are very good and will fill you up for a long time. There is probably enough for lunch the next day!
