Way overpriced for the quality of food The soup of the day was flavourless and no butter available even tho it's part of the dish (and we weren't warned). Then the £9 cheese toastie was two poor slices of basic bread with some chutney and cheese. I could have made it myself better. The chicken burger was dry as and no quality ingredients either. The only worthy food was the canned drinks. I expected better of this place as beside the food the whole museum is amazing.

Terrible coffee, marketed as Costa that's where any similarity ends. Costa should not allow their name to be associated with the trash they serve here. If you order a large they give you half a shot and you pay for extra water so it's even weaker than usual. Don't waste your money on a cup of hot water.

Everything else here besides the restaurant is fantastic! The restaurant wasnt the best though sadly. The chips were raw, asked for a replacement and those were also uncooked. Everything was a small, sauces were thin. The meals were tasty to an extent but it was mainly just the chips that were so shocking so uncooked and blatantly raw! Besides that the rest of the location is amazing and definitely worth the visit! Recommend bringing your own packed lunch tbh

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had a Mac and cheese - which isn’t too salty and cooked well. There are also some vegetarian choices. Free water - free fill up which is great! No need to buy bottled water. Marked down by price of food, considering already paid a lot for entry ticket. Choices for kids can also be a little more green.

The food choice is poor and the quality thr same. Too expensive for what is on offer. Love the Museum, but not restaurant. Cobwebs all around the roof windows is not acceptable for where people eat and drink.

Only got a coffee. We were the first people in the cafe told to go to the counter where no one acknowledge us for a minute. When they did acknowledge us it was like it was everybody’s first day and seemed to not know what to do. (I appreciate it could have been first days ect… but everyone giving a poor service isn’t right) They are trying to be covid secure but when I ask where to wait they didn’t know and pointed to a table. People were walking all over and there was no one taking ownership of the situation. Had to drink the coffee with the lid off as the server touched everything unnecessarily, yes they may have washed their hands but not during covid. Coffee was alright.

Great food, reasonably priced with very friendly and helpful staff. I had the chickpea, butternut squash & coconut curry, which was delicious and a decent-sized portion. The ice-cream was also yummy.

I love the museum, but Brabazon Cafe is genuinely depressing. I ate here yesterday and couldn't finish my Beef and Horseradish baguette. Imagine how bad things need to be to ruin a Beef and Horseradish sandwich!! I mean, it had NO TASTE - no Horseradish, no nothing. Even the bread was invisible. I could taste some cucumber. Ok, it was the school holidays, but it wasn't that busy yet the queues were slow, and there's two different, ill-communicated queues - one for coffee and cold food, one for hot. The whole place feels a bit run-down TBH. And £17 for t sandwiches, 2 bags of crisps and 2 diet cokes - OUCH! Beaulieu is great - but bring a picnic is my advice.

Toilets were clean with no wait time, lock as a little loose and i didn't feel too secure. Water was a good temperature and soap was pleasant. Hand dryers were "airblade" style and dried me up nicely. Site is wonderful and clean, lots of history here.
