    Delayed delivery, and the meat was almost cold. Three packages were soaked, leaked, and poorly packed, and one package with lamb was half outside the box, in the bag. I couldn't eat 2 portions of lamb because it was all over the bags and outside the boxes. I paid nearly £50 for that... I definetely won't order again. I think, in situations like this, the owner should consider giving a voucher to make up for the unsuccessful delivery.

    If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don’t waste your time and money. I ordered a delivery for one, and waited over 1 and a half hours, and nothing. Fast forward another hour, still nothing. I tried calling several times, no answer, “user busy”. I didn’t get my order that I paid for. I will be demanding a full refund.

    I’ve ordered butter chicken take away through just eat. The delivery was great, but the food was very disappointing. The butter chicken was way too sweet, like eating chicken in a sugar syrup. It gave me a headache. This dish should not be sweet. It was very disappointing, what a waste. My suggestion don’t order butter chicken from this place.

    Just ordered and I can tell you. Stay away. the curries are pre cooked frozen. The lamb tikka was old and the curry is mushy and just full of sugar. Avoid this place if you are fancying a curry night.

    Really pretty much taste foods in there . When I ordered at first time in this takeaway then I was totally happy for services because it was clean and proper packet foods and Also has delicious dishes ..then I have ordered a lots of time in This Takeway everyday was same service.     Food was actually tasty and would've warranted 5 stars if not for the service. I pre-ordered this meal for 5.30-6pm delivery. The food was started to be prepared at around 5.30pm and was out for delivery around 15 minutes later. This is however where it all fell apart. The eta for the order was 5.55-6.15pm later than requested however not a problem though as 15 minutes wouldn't kill me. The food didn't turn up at 6.15pm and so I waited patiently till 6.30pm and gave them a call and they responded promptly and said they would call the delivery driver. The guy couldn't reach the delivery driver but said the food was out for delivery and would be 10-15 minutes more not a problem. 10-15 minutes went past then I waited 30 minutes again before calling to which I was told the driver went back to the restaurant and the food was being reheated before going back out. The food then took another 20 minutes before it was delivered. The driver told me he was waiting around for 15 minutes outside but couldn't get my number from the uber app as he was having issues with it. This is fine except the fact I gave the restaurant my number over the phone and they tried contracting the driver who didn't respond. So I don't really believe this excuse. Food was promptly opened and the curry had spilt everywhere luckily it was just the oil leaking through the lid and not the actual curry. The food was tepid there was no way it was reheated so at this point I called the restaurant again to let them know and they said they would speak with the driver. I was expecting at least a call back to explain what happened or something for my time. The curry was at 40 degrees according to my thermometer so it just felt warm in my mouth. However credit where it was due the food was actually very tasty even cold. Shame as I though this would be my next Indian takeaway after my usual closed in January. This was my 2nd order as the 1st one was good but I will no longer be using this place. Luckily Ubereats pulled through and the money was refunded.

    Ordered today through uber eats Even though they forgot my pilau rice, the order was so delicious! Meat biryani with the white sauce was amazing. The chicken tikkas were good as well

    Wow. Easily the best takeaway I've had in the South East of UK. Incredibly fragrant and well cooked dishes. We had the Lamb Tikka Rogan Josh and the Saag Chicken. Just beautiful. Thank you so much, we will definitely tell everyone we know about this.
