Exceptional customer service - the staff went over and above for us, extremely friendly and great service. Best pornstar martinis ever! Honestly can’t recommend this TGIs highly enough - thank you for amazing service!
Three stars only because the server did everything he could to help otherwise two stars. Over 90 minutes to make one order of fajitas. Party at table next to us left without ever getting order. When fajitas arrived there was one small piece of green pepper and a bunch of onions. Server got manager to give is 25% discount for the wait. Food was not worth the wait but we were one night at a hotel next door and didn't want to go looking for something else.
Great food and the service was lovely. Everyone was so nice! Food came quickly and was delicious!!!!
After two long days of travel we made our way to TGI Fridays in Southampton. I have to say the staff at the take out, oops sorry, take away at the bar were so fantastic to accommodate some allergies. The service was top notch and super friendly. Extra shout out to Ivan for the chat.
A very welcome find after a busy day shopping The Sesame Chicken Strips and Fajitas were a definite hit, as was the Sassy Session Cider on tap A lovely server by the name of Lucie B, very efficient and friendly service
Amazing food, cocktails and service! I have a food intolerance and the weighter and manager were amazing! Its my 1st time going to T.G.I Fridays and I would 100% go back when I'm back down.
Service is good and fast especially for a busy Saturday night every table was full. I like they seem to give lots of young staff the opportunity. Restaurant is very nicely presented and clean. Unfortunately I couldn’t say the same for the toilets dirty and the sink looks like a urinal. Massive selection on the menu something for everyone. Cocktails was all lovely as was the starter. We had the Times Square big share. I had the sesame chicken main it was divine couldn’t have been nicer but another had steak fajita and it was incredibly spicy. Menu said garnished with chillis and only the chicken one as spicy but they was chopped small and through out impossible to avoid. The price is high for what you get the food is very nice but you can get much better elsewhere
Waitress Erica D was really caring and friendly, I felt very well looked after especially I was dining alone. Food was super good as always and the choice of cocktails never disappoints.
That chicken strips with Jack Daniels sauce is the best darn meal I've had for months. It's just like a sensational party on your tongue! The venue and staff are helpful, quick and professional. If I could, I'd come here every day.
Absolutely disgusting!! Food was all cold, sent back, fresh cold food was then brought back! Loaded fries, loaded with hard cheese and bacon fat. Fajitas and Taco cold... no salad at all... wrong food brought out, wrong drinks brought out... To top it off, vomit on the floor, covered with a don't slip sign!! Had to ask 3 people to clean it, just so you could access the bathroom... then the toilets were disgraceful. Wouldn't ever return... I would add the manager did what he could.
