The carbonara wasn’t the best, but the pistachio profiterole was 10/10! I was super impressed by how good the cream, pastry and ice cream was! I would definitely be back for the dessert
My friend recommended this restaurant to me to try their freshly made pasta, but that day I was craving risotto and pizza, so we ordered the Risotto di Mare and a carbonara pizza. I was shocked by the richness of the risotto—you could really taste the sweetness of the crab, and the seafood was amazingly good too. Next time, I’ll definitely try their pasta, but I truly loved the risotto. The pizza was good as well—the dough was freshly made and the portions were generous.
I've had the seafood linguine, and the lasagne, which were both excellent. I strongly recommend trying the ice cream after seafood - the vanilla and pistachio one. The pistachio ice cream actually tasted like pistachio, which has never actually happened to me before! The lasagne is lovely and rich, perfect with a glass of red, and the tender stem broccoli salad I ordered. The pine nuts with it were also really nice! The service was exceptional from the staff, as usual. Both the food and service are always consistently good!
Came for early dinner. Moktails a little lackluster. Filled with ice and flavourless. They did modify to our taste. The food was good, didn't like the lukewarm fries and burger but they rectified that quickly. Quite expensive and portions for men are a little small as my sons were not totally satisfied. The ladies in our group were full. Staff were helpful and friendly and atmosphere good. I would come back.
Great place food is always quality and the staff are helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. The real problem i have with this place is that the set menu doesn't change that often. I would probably eat here more frequently if it did as the food is good.
Very impressed with the experience here last night. Booked in a table for two based on reviews over on TripAdvisor. We arrived on time and were greeted promptly and friendly and seated quickly. The waiter was cheerful and relaxed. I always think that's a good sign. All too often you see waiters who are a little too over bearing and it all seems a bit staged but this guy seemed very comfortable and his relaxed demeanor relaxed us. Well done. We ordered a couple starters, see pictures. Very tasty and fresh. The other thing we noticed at this point was the music and lighting. Specifically that there was no music and the place was well lit. This was a seriously refreshing change. I've been in restaurants before where you have to shout across a single table to be heard and it's dark like a night club. This restaurant was a breath of fresh air with nice, clear lighting and all you could hear was the bustle of people enjoying themselves. How every restaurant should be. The mains were delicious. I ordered the lasagne, lovely. No grease, no oil just lovely well made food. Absolutely top drawer. Great experience.
Excellent Italian food for a great price! Went here for my wife's birthday and she got a free glass of prosecco! Very nice, kind staff. Highly recommend!
This place is AMAZING! We have visited this place a few weeks ago with the aim to spend an evening with high-quality food in a cozy area and this place has not only fulfilled but exceeded my expectations! The place looks brilliant due to high attention to many interior details which creates a fancy-looking environment. The food quality is incredible. We have ordered pasta and I have to admit that was the best pasta I have encountered. They managed to bring whole Italy to my plate and deliver the pasta of thousand flavours. Finally, the service quality is exceptional. Our waiter TOM did an outstanding job by making suggestions for the menu choices, introducing the history of the restaurant as well as making the evening even more special with an everlasting smile. Overall, a brilliant place for a cozy evening with the highest standard food and service. I would highly recommend it!
