   Ordered from this Chinese about 4/ 5 times. Food has always been lovely! 3rd time our order was messed up, we had items missing, called them and lady was so rude on the phone. No refund or redelivery. The food has always been good so we thought we would try them again, delivery no problem, really enjoyed our meal. Thought we would treat our self tonight, placed an order online like we always do, 10 minutes later we get a phone call saying we are too far away and our order has been cancelled. Explained we have had a delivery on at least 4 other occasions and apparently the driver has worked there for 5 years, he the only driver, has never been to our address and is refusing. Disgusting customer service.

   This restaurant has astonishingly poor customer service. We had an order cancelled and my wife got called a liar because they said they do not deliver to our address and have "never delivered" to us, despite having ordered from there at least 5 times previously, with invoices and confirmation emails to prove it. A lady working there also shouted at my wife while she calmly stated an item was missing from our previous order. Really poor service and temperament from everyone we have dealt with. And let's be honest, even if the food is alright nobody wants to be spoken to like that. That is two separate, extremely poor experiences and we shall not bother ordering again. Perhaps your staff should undertake some basic customer service training.

   Mongolian lamb was really tender, but no salad to accompany the pancakes. Salt & pepper king prawns were ok. But dry spaghetti trying to be passed off as egg noodles is absolutely wrong!!!! Won't be back again!

   Ordered aromatic Mongolian lamb and got strips of fatty skin, no cucumber strips and spring onion accompaniment as is standard for this type of meal. BBQ spare ribs were also fatty and covered in a thick overpowering jelly type sauce.

   If i could give 0 stars i would happily do so! Very upset with the service here, ordered a curry for my heavily pregnant fiance who has had the curry and now been vomiting for basically the last hour, it actually ended up being very severe food poisoning, they made her really ill and i have already reported then to trading standards, they took over 2 hours to deliver the food, they didnt bother using the intercom or even try letting us know they had attempted delivery and to top it all of they were extremley rude over the phone, swearing and shouting when we called to find out where the order was, i would never ever ever go here again and will spend as much time as possible making sure no one else does DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL MAKE YOU ILL!

   Very poor from the start. The prawn crackers were stale. All the dishes were coated with a thick brown sauce. The pork was full of bones and the beef was so tough it was inedible. The only good thing was the prawn toasts which I assume were bought in. Never again

   This place is terrible. Ordered the beef & black Bean sauce with egg fried rice & it was somehow cooked & boxed up in under 4 minutes while I waited. So the food isn't fresh & must be re heated. After 4 spoonfuls of it tasting awful I threw all the rest in the bin & still felt sick the next day. Don't ever eat here.
