    I ordered waffles today and absolutely loved it. I saw they have one plus one offer on their website and doubted the quality and quantity. When I got my waffle I instantly finished a whole waffle because the taste was heavenly. So fluffy and loaded with strawberries. Even the strawberries taste fresh and would definitely recommend.

    Not happy poor service and never listen to customers. Ordered deserts worth more than £50 and forget half the items. Called back but no one ready to listen not even the manager. Don’t waste your hard earned money at Scoops.

    Made a delivery order online of over £50 and an hour plus later the ice creams have not been added. I made the call and could over hear the miscommunication staff had and no one willing to take any responsibility. I was told you'll have to wait despite the order being late in the first place. The Manager wasn't willing to speak to me but was happy whispering instructions of how he is willing to give a free ice cream next time we order. You can stick the free ice cream where it belongs we won't be ordering from here again
