    As soon as I walked it I tried to approach a tallish is tanned blonde girl before she rudely walked away, I again tried to approach her and she used an extremely sarcastic tone to reply to me. Ever since this I have done my best to avoid going in when she works as she made me feel very unrecognised.

    Absolutely brilliant service at Schuh kids. I went to buy running trainers and came across beautiful Adidas Sambas. Emilia was very helpful and helped me decide what colour and size to get. She then gave me a lot of advice on running trainers(such as different colours, styles, sizes, and much more). At the end, I ended up getting two very lovely pairs of shoes. All-in-all, an absolutely brilliant experience there, and would definitely recommend Emilia.

    As soon as I walked in they was extremely rude and unhelpful. And was to busy talking about stuff that they shouldn’t be talking about in front of customers than helping me would definitely not recommend going there until they get new and more appropriate staff.

    We recently visited Schuh Kids in Oxford, and the service was outstanding! Holly, in particular, went above and beyond. She sat down on the floor with my son and patiently addressed my wife’s concerns, making sure we felt completely supported. Her attention to detail and warm greeting made the experience really special. The other two staff members, including Cicily (I believe), were also incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a stress-free shopping experience, and we left feeling truly valued. Highly recommend this store for both their excellent service and quality products.

    3rd time visiting the store for my sons new shoes. Always had a warm welcome here, and a fuss made of our son. And again very pleased with the help from the team. The manager in particular, always answers questions with a smile, and an obvious want to be helpful. Shoes we wanted weren’t in stock, but ordered for home delivery very easily. Always nice to feel your business was wanted and appreciated. Thank you!

    I buy all of my sons shoes here the manager is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have received fantastic service every time I have visited. All of the staff are very welcoming and make a big fuss of my son.

    Shocking customer service tbh. Firstly i was asked to wait before entering the store. Then after purchasing simething that cost £59.99 i was charged £60 and the asked if i wanted a receit? Very poor service. The staff member who served me looked like she'd come in to work after a night out.
