   Amazing store with zero sales pressure. Even though the size and model I wanted weren’t available, Jack took great care of me. The gait analysis—usually £15 for non-runners—was done for free by Jake, who clearly showed me how my feet land and recommended a neutral shoe.    Needed a good pair of trainers to start training for my first marathon. I am very heavy on my feet, suffer with arthritis in my hips and lower back, so needed something that offered a lot of support and that would take most of the impact. Had a great service from Jack, left the shop with what I hoped was the correct trainers. Three runs done, and I can honestly say they are spot on. Running is so much easier with the correct foot wear. Thanks Jack. I'll be back.

   Awesome Customer Service. I had an issue with a pair of running shoes that have been on my feet for 4 Weeks C.250 miles in them. I didn’t have much right to an exchange but Tom and John took a different view of the issue and got a very happy customer leaving the shop. Many thanks guys. I will be back!

   Best running/sports shop you can ever go to. I came in to have a gait analysis and was thoroughly impressed. The analysis was extremely helpful and informative, providing me with invaluable information about my running performance, allowing me to choose trainers that best suited my running style. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly, making the experience comfortable and easy. Big shout out to the two guys that helped us, cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend visiting this place for excellent running equipment, or even just to ask for advice or information as these guys are very knowledgeable. Plus, bonus points as they complimented my banana socks.

   This one is for Laura (sorry Tom but not this time!) Laura, you were amazing today. I was advised by my Rheumatologist to get my gait analysed and buy a decent pair of running shoes. I don't even run but that didn't stop you helping me choose the right pair. I felt a little guilty walking up and down and taking your time up but you kept encouraging me to do so and advising me all the time. You listened to me which is rare these days from staff I find. No pressure either. You then very quickly gave me a selection of shoes to try. I learned a lot from you today so thank you and I will certainly be back. Someone else said in a review that staff want to be there and actually enjoy their job; I can't agree more. Laura, thank you so much.
