Avoid! Don’t waste your time. Went to try on a variety of trainers ahead of an upcoming half marathon and no one was about to provide any advice. They were all too busy chatting to one another by the till, despite me being the only customer in the store.

Slightly disappointed by the gait analysis. I basically had my foot size measured and I tried two shoes to figure out whether I prefer neutral or supported, something I could probably just do myself and didn't need to go for a gait analysis...

Very poor customer service. Bought the shoes, but they refused when I tried to return them weeks later. They have advertised a 100-day money-back guarantee. They refused the return due to a dire on the sole. Seriously, how can an outdoor runner test their shoes running on a treadmill? Poor store owner , he will go bankrupt soon.

Went in last thing on a Tuesday evening and they fit me in before closing no appointment. Guy was great and loving my new trainers after the gate analysis. Much thanks

Sadly went in for two new pairs of runnings shoes, poor sales chap had no clue at all about the trainers and the process that you should go through to find the right shoe for us. Was actually told he didn’t want to waste his time doing gait analysis if we weren’t going to buy a show. After some very basic gait analysis on the treadmill, Instead of recommending suitable shoes, asked us which ones off the rack we wanted to try. Dreadfully disappointing after making the 25 minute drive to buy a road and trail pair. Went to Up and Running in basingstoke the next day and thankfully found 2 people who knew what they were doing.

Staff a little rude and arrogant, wanted to see ID for an item they were keeping aside that another store had called for me giving only my first name. Also they take all the protective packaging out their shoeboxes because “it gets in the way”, so expect deformed and incorrectly stored shoes if you visit here.

Did a gait analysis today to buy some trainers for knee pain when walking and was very impressed. The lady that conducted it was very knowledgeable and kind. First I was given a pair of 'neutral' trainers to wear and asked to roll up my jeans so that the camera could see my ankles. Then I was asked to get on the treadmill, turn it on and increase the speed until I was at a slow jog. After I'd jogged for about 30 seconds I was told to stop it and was then shown the resulting video which showed that my gait was definitely overpronated. I was then asked to choose a show from the stability range and the lady quickly went round the back and got my size. We repeated the exercise and you could see this time that my calves were much better aligned. The whole thing only took 15 minutes and I was incredibly impressed with how smooth and efficient it all was.

Fantastic service. Lovely chap helped me select the perfect pair of shoes on the morning of 25th March. I've been running in the wrong kind of shoes for over a year and wondering why my ankle hurts. Excited to get back into training with the right corrective shoes.
