   I ordered a custom made reception desk. This was placed on the 16th May and delivered on the 20th June. I had to chase up progress several times. When the item was delivered it was damages to which I send proof and was told they will come and repair in site. This didn't happen and a repor kit is being arranged yet no sign of this. I asked details of the courier and no details provided. I wa settings excuses of delays. I have now wrote to them to sort the issue out and if no moving forward then I'm afraid to say I will take them to the small claims court to recover damages.

   We shopped around for a home bar for some time before finding this company and we are really disappointed! For nearly £500 the L part on the bar isn’t flush or level, there is cardboard wedged between the worktop & the shelves. For the price I would have expected more. The late delivery I can oversee if the final product wasn’t substandard
