   I come in here every so often for a new tshirt or shoes etc, but every single time im in the staff stare at you like they're checking to see if you're stealing, which I can understand to some degree, but its so annoying! And I know its not just me as other people have said the same to me before. I am literally made to feel like a criminal the second I step through their doors and it totally puts me off spending a decent amount of time (or money) in there so I now always look online first for what I want then visit the store and quickly find my item and leave. Im only writing this today as I was there earlier and it happened again and I was with my partner and child, she went to look at something upstairs and when I went to go find her I see a different staff member standing next to her pretending to sort something out on the rack with his eyes glued on her. Really irritated me!!

   Refused to take back purchases from 2 weeks ago with my receipt. Told me they can't return it, I think they just won't return it. Dont give these people your money, we deserve better.

   I want to start by saying that I’ve always received great and friendly service from your shop floor team over the phone. I hope this message will be passed on to a human rather than a bot, as I believe the online service really needs improvement. After being redirected here, I found the experience frustrating. If you’re looking to improve customer support, I would strongly recommend reconsidering the use of this bot, as it is currently unable to even accept my email address.

   Service delivery was super exciting. The staff was polite, and they were patient even when payment could not go through the first time. However, there were promotions, like women legging, going for two to one—precisely £26. Compared to other products around the city, sport direct price is slightly higher. In terms of quality, I score their products 80%.

   If you wearing the shoes and are not suitable for you,bye bye for a replacement or a refund,how you supposed to see if the shoes fit me if I don't wear it (I need to wear it for 12 hr in my place of work and I saw are to tide for my toes ) I'll never buy anything from sports direct.They are bloody tricky, hopefully everybody will realise are better then them.

   Awful service, waited around ten minutes for anyone to appear at the pay desk, then they served someone else who just walked straight up, sizes are fine if you wear a 34 waist or bigger, which i don't, i won't be going back.

   Staff was rude , I asked the manager his name , he did not share his name he said it was due to Data protection. He wanted me to call him Manager. Staff needs training re Data protection , and how to provide good level customer service. I will never buy again from sportsdirect. I do not recommend this shop.
