   The price on the price tag and at the checkout is completely different, and of course it is higher at the checkout when paying. When I asked why the price was different, they told me that you can not buy if it does not suit you. The store on Union Street is simply terrible.

   Unhelpful staff, asked multiple staff members for help regarding rackets, response was sorry must be none there didn't even try to help. Looking at you like you're suspicious, talking about customers on high volume walkie talkies, telling customers show reciept to the man on the door so they'll let you out! What kind of store is this?

   Be careful.This shop sells used trainers. Unfortunately, I only noticed that the pair of Adidas trainers has signs of use once I've got back home from the shop. I did not have my eyeglases with me that day. The next working day, the manager refused to exchange or refund the item, saying that there were some oily stains on the sole of the shoes. I said that I did not wear the shoe at all and those stains were present before I bought the shoe. He just said that I won't prove it, and It's my word against his word. The staff do not wear badges. The manager gave me an email for the complaints but refused to tell his name for the reference. Do not recommend this store.

   My kids are always delighted to go in and pick some of their favourite Sneakers, football boots, swimming accessories, etc. There is always one or two discounts being applied to products. Staff seem alright and responsive. We have never had issues shopping here.

   Was in the football boots section waited 10min for a associate but nobody around. Decided to go ask 2 members of the team, that were tidying tee-shirt while chatting, to come help. They barely acknowledge him and radio for help. Waited another 10mins but nobody came.I understand that it's black Friday but the floor was almost empty and 2 associates were tidying tee-shirt....

   Rude staff! On several occasions staff have harassed me and my kids whilst shopping, on my last visit my 4&5 yr old were told to stop touching/playing with footballs which I find shocking as most kids would want to purchase a football especially right at the till, Union street store is not child friendly wouldn’t recommend for families. When I mentioned that they have previously make remarks about my children the female replied ‘why do you come back?’ That is wonderful professional customer service is it? Won’t shop there again ever.

   It's a nice store, packed with a wide selection of sporting equipment, clothing, and other items. You can find everything from jackets to shoes to underwear to footballs, hockey sticks and everything in between. It's quite pricey, but the items on sale at discounted prices are really affordable
