   For the last year I have been considering buying a Trek Domane plus slr 7 bike and decided to purchase it online from a company which was offering a great discount. However, I was concerned as to whether I would be able to find a local dealer willing to provide an after sales service. My nearest Trek dealer was Alpine Bikes, Holburn Street, Aberdeen whom I had never dealt with before. On visiting the shop I was served by Scott the Manager. I was up front with him and enquired as to whether they would be willing to help. Scott said that he would be happy to do so but even happier if I was to buy the bike from him. I took delivery of my new bike last week from Alpine Bikes at an excellent price but more importantly with the knowledge that as and when I need any back up I will receive a first class service from an extremely competent and helpful team. O and by the way, prior to picking up my bike they had polished it!!! Thank you Scott and your team.

   Phenomenal service from the folks at Alpine bikes. I’ve bought two bikes from here over the past year, and had a much older bike of mine serviced here too. The technical know-how and friendliness of the staff is brilliant. Super patient, efficient, and helpful with any issues you have - bike-related of course! Would definitely recommend.    I recently cleared my Mum's house and found my brother's old BMX bicycle that had been locked in a cellar for 40 years. I decided to take it to Alpine Bikes to see if they could maybe bring it back to life. I spoke to Sean the mechanic who assured me it would be worth doing. I have to say, that was the best decision I could have made. Bike has been restored to almost what it looked like when it was new. The skill and professionalism and attention to detail that Sean managed to accomplish during the whole process was fantastic, and his enthusiasm for the job was also infectious. I cannot thank Sean enough for the way he kept me informed during the work and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone taking their bicycle to Alpine Bikes for repair. Gary Jamieson

   Had 3 recent retail experiences & one 'service' experience. All top class. One item I bought was far too complex for me to remember how to use it on an occasional basis. They took it back altho' package was opened. (Not saying that should always happen, but it did.) Today I had a bike booked in for a repair. Didn't have to leave it as planned. Done on the spot and with plenty info. (Not saying that should always happen either!, but appreciated.) Old bike has gone from a thing of stress, query-dead, back to a thing of joy.

   I had a good experience here. I have visited on two occasions, and both have been fine. The service I received was satisfactory. the guys who attended to me on both occasions were very polite and helpful. I got my tyres pumped for free, and got some advice on my bike. The interior is very clean and there is a wide variety of bikes and bike accessories for sale. the only downside is that the average person may find a lot of items to be very pricey, but other than that, this is a brilliant bike shop!

   Not been past Alpine Bikes in Years, but had a failure on my Disk Brakes at the weekend. The gentleman running the service shop in Aberdeen could not be more helpful even though I dropped in unannounced. Very impressed with the Customer Service from him. Refreshing change to the norm these days

   Received excellent service from the guys at alpine bikes recently. I bought a hybrid bike from them and they sorted me out with all the accessories i could need in store with good knowledge. The only issue i had was my gears started slipping after about 3 weeks of riding. This issue was sorted instantly by the workshop during my included free service and i couldn't be happier with he bike since. :)
