   Ordered a bike on the 23rd of October to be delivered to one of their stores in the Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee. The store is apparently within a Frasers there. Delivery was supposed to be within 3-7 days so ordered earlier to give some buffer time. Got a call today from the courier (ArrowXL) saying that they can't deliver it because the store isn't there. Tried calling the store using the number on the Evans Cycle website, it comes up as Charlotte Tilbury and then says the number is not recognised. Tried phoning some other stores within Scotland to hopefully speak to a person but those numbers also weren't recognised. Finally managed to speak to someone on webchat called Amanda who said "We need to communicate this to the store manager, and then we should allow 48-72 working hours for their prompt response" and then she ended the chat. How can they communicate with the store manager of a store that apparently doesn't exist though? This bike was bought for my sons birthday which is this Friday (7th November) and right now it's stuck with a courier that cannot deliver it anywhere and Evans Cycles are saying it'll takes them days to actually assist with this. So as of now, we're £419 down with no bike in time for his birthday despite giving a weeks buffer and we're going to be left in the dark for potentially days.

   Bought new bike from here and had several serious issues bike had obviously never been checked over. Has led to be replacing parts now on a 3 week old bike. Would recommend avoiding or just building the bike yourself if buying from here.

   bikepacker here. crashed my bike and broke the derailleur and came in desperate for help. was immediately met with friendliness and understanding. the mechanic took time with me to find the spare parts online and order them with me. as soon as the parts were delivered they put them on, tightened other loose screws and charged me nothing. very very customer oriented shop, capable staff who go above and beyond. thanks guys.

   What a good service. Thanks a lot to the entire team of this shop. We are 2 bikepackers, travelling 7000km over Europe and needed a full check and re-equipment of our bikes. The shop team has been fantastic at defining what to do and executing for the next day. In addition they found 2 cardboard boxes to pack our bikes for the next day flight to Norway. Without them the next step of our trip would not have been possible. Again a big thank you for your helpfulness, kindness and empathy. Vero & Vincent

   I had to change my bike tyres and inner tubes which resulted in 4 hours of frustration at home. That lead to me desperately calling Evans who told me to pop right away so they could have a crack at it. 5minutes later i was at the store. The two guys, whos names i stupidly never asked, were excellent. One of them fitted the tyres in 15minutes despite saying they were the most difficult tyres that he has fitted. Over all they were both extremely helpful, friendly and not only that, saved me heaps of time. I couldn't speak more highly of them both. Great job! (P.s. probably buy different tyres!)

   Put my bike in to have them put new bar tape on, I supplied the bar tape. Charged £40 for labour, I regret not asking how much I'd be charged in advance, my own fault I guess. Won't be going back

   Huge shop with surprisingly little to buy in terms of cycling stuff. Staff are totally disinterest, neither acknowledged my presence at all. This used to be a fantastic company but sadly no more
