   Prestige have been a reliable garage for me for the past few years. My car’s had some big / complex issues and they’ve investigated and fixed every one and charged very reasonably for parts and labour. I called them up a few days ago with a perceived electrical fault on my Citroen, they booked me in the next day and diagnosed the issue with a faulty alternator. Luckily the alternator was still under warranty, so they changed it for no cost and everything seems to be working again. I also needed a bulb change in one of my front lights which they did free of charge! Would recommend. Thanks to Shabs, Paul and the team for getting it sorted!

   I brought my car to this garage as I had a rear bumper light issue which they did a great job fixing however, I'm appalled by the lack of care shown to my car. When I picked it up, my rear bumper was visibly scratched and marked. It's pearlescent white, so any mark is obvious, and these are deep and numerous. The car was in pristine condition when I dropped it off, so there's no question these occurred while it was in the garage's "care." There was no apology, no mention of the damage until I pointed it out myself. The staff were unhelpful when confronted, basically shrugging it off as if it was my problem. A professional garage should have insurance and a process for dealing with damage they cause, but this place clearly doesn't value customer property or satisfaction. Avoid at all costs unless you want your vehicle returned in worse condition than you left it! Unprofessional, careless, and completely unacceptable service. Now I have to deal with getting this damage repaired myself.

   Took my car in for its MOT and they were great from start to finish. They kept me updated the whole way through, and when an issue with my headlight came up, they explained it clearly and got the part ordered straight away. As soon as it arrived, they had everything sorted in less than 24 hours! Super quick turnaround and really friendly people. Would definitely recommend.

   Very impressed. I was let down by the local Mini dealership and urgently needed an MOT - I range at 12pm and they were able to fit me in at 4pm on the same day. The communication was excellent, professional and clear. I also opted for a service and to sort out a long-term electrical issue, which they carried out with no fuss and represented good value for money. I will definitely return.

   Had multiple issues with my car so took it to Prestige after finding them on Google. They were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a time for them to book in my car, I waited in their reception area where they have chairs and a desk if you wish to work or just sit down and wait. They checked my car over and found multiple issues for me to report back to my dealership's warranty. I now use Prestige as my local garage, Great fast service and very reliable. Thanks!

   Staff were so friendly and efficient - I arrived unannounced with a broken exhaust and clamp, and timming chain the part was ordered immediately and fitted the next day. I couldn’t believe it when I hade phone call next day asking me to come and collect the car all job done by 3:30 pm My car was also cleaned to a beautiful shine which was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend

   I had a transmission fluid issue with my Audi A3 which a lot of service centers refused because of lack of expertise but Shoaib not only found the exact issue, got an expert to fix the issue but sensing the urgency he came over the weekend to the garage and handed over the car. The communication was crystal clear about the cost and the time. Its been some time and car is running perfectly. I am extremely happy with the professional service provided by Prestige.
