Popped in for a single mocha, my brother and I both got acknowledged very quickly and with a very warm welcome. :) Coffee was lovely, and the red velvet looked amazing! Next visit I've promised myself to buy one :)
Lovely cafe that serves fantastic coffee and a large selection of Polish cakes and pastries. They also serve homemade hot food like mushroom soup (different each time), delicious!
Fantastic little coffee shop in the heart of Shirley high street. Have been coming here a while now. Recommend the selections of cakes and the coffees are hot and perfectly blended. Nice quiet atmosphere and clean. Lovely lady who owns the coffee shop. Worth a visit. Support local family businesses.
Victoria’s is a very friendly and welcoming place to enjoy a cup of coffee and cake. I have not experienced it being loud or unclean .
Wonderfully decorated! Lovely plants and decor to feel extra cosy. Went for a Sunday morning coffee with a friend and we were warmly welcomed and had the sofa to ourselves. A good selection of goodies! Nice quiet atmosphere with some background music and a couple lit candles. They have outdoor seating too!

I have been in 3 times and each time there have been a group of unclean loud persons there making a noise and belong very loud. So much so this morning it was so bad l had to leave without finishing my Cafe Late as they were taking over the place
Great place to gather up and chill during busy day. Cosy, warm and pleasant coffee shop with large variety of cakes, biscuits, ice cream and desserts. Owner serves fantastic Belgian waffles with various toppings. Highly recommend to children and families.
Really nice and cosy coffee shop. The kitchen was closed but we had really good tea and cake. We couldn't decide on the cake so the lady gave us an extra slice which was really nice of her.
